How do I load Traffic Plus. I tried to use the readme file for installation but the directions were a little vague. Thank you for your help in advance.

Hello All, I am having a problem that im hoping someone can give me some direction or solution to. When start the rage plugin hook, I get a message that says that the current version is not supported. It says installed version 1737. Latest version 1737. Supported game versions 1868. it says that this build of rage plugin hook is made for version 1868. So, I have updated the game and then I get a message that says; Rockstar Games has released an updated launcher for this game. I try to download that and I get a message that says; The Rockstar update service is unavailable code 201. Can someone guide me in the right direction on how to fix this? please. thanks in advance .

Guys I’m new to this LSPDFR. When I put the disk in and start the game, how do I go to playing lspdfr. Meaning how do I get to it. Someone give me the simple version I am not a computer Gooroo.
