So, I was thinking of picking up a Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Wheel for the sole purpose of traffic patrolling.

I was thinking of using several script mods, such as SNT, the Indicator Script, etc, and mapping the wheel with XPadder.

This is what I have come up with, but I'm not so sure about dropping close to 100 bucks on a wheel that may have a big dead zone. I realize that LCPD:FR does not offer support for steering wheels, so please don't think this is a request for such. Just sharing an idea! :whistling:

What do you guys/gals think?

Seems like alot of work just for 1 thing....

I use a logitech dual action gamepad, and use some plugin that maps the controller to the xbox controller that the game expects. It works great, but I always wanted a steering wheel for patrols. If I had one, I would use the gamepad for on-foot actions and the steering wheel for driving.
