I'd prefer to see 2 LEDs on the license plate like this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/58519602@N07/8563310332/ Another option that would be unique is having 2 LEDs vertically on each side of the license plate, with both reds flashing at a separate time than the blues. I saw this on one of my state's highway patrol explorers once. Here's an example: B License R R Plate B -

I agree on removing the TA. Or it could be put on the bottom of the rear window. Having it there just seems unnecessary and like it would not get the full effect.

EVI made an Eagle County Sheriff charger a while ago, including the stealth skins. The only issues are that A)he made it 3 years ago and B)he only released it through a mediafire link, which the only link to it was on one of his many taken down youtube videos. Perhaps some one has it and can upload it for you (I'd be interested in it too).

If the NSA is spying to prevent terrorism, could some one please explain to me how 9/11 and the Boston bombings occurred under the radar of the government? Either the purpose of the NSA isn't for preventing terrorism, or its complete failures are grounds for ending the funding of it.

Love the modern interior with the M4 and 870 between the seats. -
A lot of departments bought street package crown victorias, which had hubcaps and the metal grille. However, hubcaps would've been kept on to give the appearance it was a civilian car (sold like that until 2007).

You need to be more specific. I don't know whether you are talking about caprices or caprice slicktops or a different car model with a similar light setup.

Or if you don't have the money, you could do what I said and use the "save car" option in the Simple Native Trainer. I've had to do this while in shootouts, because my car would disappear on me when I was behind it (lots of high poly ELS cars) due to overstress.
