Unfortunately, I don't think he's going to release it to respect Kevin's wishes. I hope I'm wrong though -
If my other suggestion on complete customization of the AI backup won't be implemented, what about choosing what weapons cops use at certain wanted levels for the suspect? Something along the lines of the default option from GTA 4, of cops using glocks at 1 and 2 stars and cops in the passenger seat using shotguns at 3+ stars would be a good start.

My opinion's are like Jay's. One reason why I'm against gay marriage in the US is because on income taxes, there are discounts for married couples. This is because, traditionally, married people had kids, leading to more people paying taxes down the road. Game4video's ENB comes with ELS V6, so you need to reinstall v7.

Sheriff's are democratically elected in most states (Alaska and Connecticut are the exception, because they do not have sheriff's offices. Hawaii has a state wide sheriff's office without an election), and are the head of the county's sheriff's department. In other police departments, the higher ups are selected. Sheriff's offices have jurisdiction over unincorporated areas in the county (places not within jurisdiction of a city) and any city that contracts with them. Then depending on where they are in the US, some departments primarily handle jail services for the county while others both enforce laws in the county and take care of the jails.

I meant the placement. I was thinking of having 2 slimlighters on the bottom to replace the lights that are currently on the bottom, but this looks better IMO. -

I think the light setup in the back could use some work. Either moving the Traffic Advisor down or removing it altogether, and using a slimlighter, dual avenger or some other low profile light on the bottom of the back window. I just think it would suit the lower profile front light setup better that way, but it's ultimately your call. -

Trainers shouldn't slow down the game unless you have a really terrible PC, and even then it would most likely be a result of other mods that some people can't run (ENBs, High Poly Car Mods, etc). Most trainers have an option to sync to real time, which actually goes off of the time on your PC. But something syncing it to the actual weather in your area isn't possible because there's no way for the system to know about it.

The way the GTA V Sheriff Staniers should have looked -
This guy has been traveling around 100 mph when police where behind him, and has done a pretty good job at avoiding them. He's avoided PIT manuevers and nearly lost the ground units and the news helicopter at the same time when faking an exit and taking an underground tunnel. http://www.kmbc.com/tv/thewrap EDIT: Guy barricaded himself inside a house. Uninstalling Itunes and trying to play GTA 4 while it's stil uninstalled. I know it sounds strange, but Itunes screwed with my CD-Rom drive a few weeks ago.

I'm pretty sure it's Apple trying to screw with people without Macs. Is Itunes uninstalled now, and is the CD Drive working?

Try uninstalling Itunes. Oddly enough, that worked when I had this problem.
