  3. I've been waiting for so long! Kinksta, I can't thank you enough for this beauty! Also, big thanks for the rest of the team who make it possible to create such great mod.
  4. I highly recommend trying this one: http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/mack-r-bronx-1993-nypd-emergency-service-unit-f27615 http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/els-mack-r-bronx-1993-nypd-emergency-service-f27805
  5. You can use API and make a custom script to do it.
  6. I recommend to watch Mike's video about this lone wolf crap. He's an ex-LAPD Officer, worked in Southeast Division, Watts area.
  7. @Troy: I have a custom visualsettings, probably by Sgt.Kanyo. I can send you the file. @Hastings: I like your idea, will be done like you suggest
  8. I'm using Pure GTA IV 1.0.7.0. My laptop is too weak to handle visual mods and produce 30 frames per second.
  9. The mod has reached 3000 downloads! Thank you! I'd like to show you what's the current status of development, here's a little spoiler:
  10. As far as I remember The Police Tapes shows ESU on the job, here should be this scene:

  13. '82, you can see how Fort Apache became a "Little House on Prairie"
  14. Good old LAPD: Life on the beat, I highly recommend watching this show:
  15. I've never encounter such problem, try to use "startcallout burglaryreport".
  16. That's one of the scenarios for this callout. It happens only in certain conditions and is randomly picked so it doesn't happen too often. It sucks that AI ruined your immersion but there's nothing I can do about it. (actually it can be an element of RolePlay: you got to watch your back in every second, even the dumb NPC can be considered as dangerous) At least I managed to terrify you in the initial stage which I consider a great success . Please, post here a log excerpt so I can analyze the error. BTW I love how you guys reveal all of these unknown features, too bad GTA don't want to cooperate enough to build a proper feel of danger of the ghetto
  17. FCV96 mentioned about 60's, in the beginning there were many issues with handhelds; short battery life, almost no range in the bldgs etc. = footpost in the projects was a hardcore thing to do, at least they could use radios as a deadly weapon (reverse air-mail) LOL. Radio comm is a good story for another topic xD That van it could be a TPF van! I wish we could take a footpost in Holland/Lower Easton and have a possibility to call such van for our prisoners. Here's somethin' to read: http://www.tpfnypd.com/index.html
  18. @strike: the first photo will be my new wallpaper @FCV96: that radio, Motorola MX300 series to be precise, is considered to be the most reliable, practically indestructible handheld radio ever made. Thanks to it's mass and metal cover you could physically neutralize like 50 people with it and dispatch the info to the station without problems
