I prefer Microsoft Security Essentials, i've been using it for about 4 years.. and i have never had a problem (that being a problem with the program or a problem with a virus.

Stability isn't a major issue as most stability problems are cause by people using too many mods. most of your "issues" you have discussed can't be fixed by devs since it's a problem with the game itself (more specifically the AI) so there isn't much Devs can do. Also some problems could be caused by you removing files (such as speech) as LCPD:FR is looking for the speech file but can't, thus resulting in an error. Not to mention that you're using Multiplayer which is also not supported with LCPD:FR. Also if you read LMS topic you'll know that they're not going to add anything like your suggestions as the devs main focus right now is to make LCPD:FR as stable as possible for GTA IV before the release of GTA V, any major features most likely won't happen. I'm pretty sure you can do that.. It's in the ELS config i think? There was a post about disabling the slicktop variant on those cars.. however i'm not sure you can disable the lightbar and keep slicktop.

Everyone is different i guess, so it depends on the guy.. However i think most guys would prefer if you were just straight up (i know i prefer people to come right out with whatever they're wanting to say).

Look through the Australian Emergency Textures thread on GPM. They have heaps of models,textures etc. Victoria and NSW were the main made textures last time i looked through there.

I have used Australian cars in the past (i think majority of Australians have used the cars atleast once), They're pretty cool, turned Liberty City into a state of Australia is always fun, I've actually been thinking of redoing my game into Australia because the last time i used Aussie cars was when Ekalbs Toyota Hilux with varley pod was released.

Eh, I have a few. Mars bars, Dairy Milk Fruit and Nut, Dairy Milk Snack, Caramello Koalas. If it's chocolate i'll try it.. Although, Australia has recently got Reece's Peanut Butter Cups.. I have tried them and i love them! Just the weird blend with peanut butter and chocolate just tastes weird but so good.

If you want to be a Community Watch group, then drop the uniform,badge,gun and anything else that makes you look like a police officer and do what every other person does.. which is if you see a crime being committed, get out your phone and call 911. You're being completely irrational and stupid. as a CSI my job is to find out who a person is by either looking at them or talking to them for 5 minutes which is called Psychological profiling. and what i'm reading from you is the same as i'd read of a crazy person. You say that you're there to help Law Enforcement.. what you'll be doing is distracting them from their real job. they might need to attend a homicide,rape or even a serious callout.. but instead they'll have to deal with a bunch of idiotic and immature people because neighbours called into dispatch that there is a bunch of people running around impersonating to be a police officer. You're actually just going to create a bigger problem than solving one.. I know you want to be a cop, I've always wanted to be a police officer, however 3 years ago i sustained a back injury which wasn't major but it also wasn't minor.. i put up with constant pain for 2 years until i went and got it fixed, and even today i can't be a cop because there is a chance i'll tackle a guy and my back will go again. instead i have chosen to go for a Bachelors degree in Criminology to work with the Tasmania Police Forensic Services as a CSI. If i was you, i'd let go of your policing career and get your felony removed from your record so you can actually go out and get a job.

It doesn't matter if you're custom badge has no wording of Police Officer on there, The way you're acting like you'll have authority IS infact classed as impersonating a police officer. Like i said, read the link i posted. because what you're aiming to do is actually against the law. Carrying a badge, wearing a uniform and preforming duties that will make people think you have authority in law enforcement will get you into serious trouble. and opening up your first "department" you know you'll have to get a business permit.. and as soon as the government see that, they'll shut you down immediately. Plus where is your funding? you know how many uniforms you'll need? how many mics you'll need? where is the money to fund your employees? You have already stated you don't have a job so you're just getting a few hundred dollars a month from the government. Not only what you're doing is illegal, but you're opening yourself up to lawsuits. Even if someone is doing the wrong thing.. If you step in and even touch him, you and your recruits can face an assault charge.

What you just described is also a crime and felony.. it's called impersonating a police officer. If you're wearing a uniform that looks like a police uniform you WILL be arrested for impersonating a police officer. especially if you're wearing a badge and shoulder mic. What you're doing is trying to create you're own police force, Which is the most stupidest thing i have ever heard (and i have seen and heard some stupid things). You can't take the law into your own hands, the only thing that you can do on a felony charge that is remotely close to law enforcement is either be a Bounty Hunter or Security Guard. Just give up your dream of being some type of police officer.. because it's not going to happen. The creator posted a topic, many people got suspicious that it could be fake (with good reason, as at the time it did look dodgy and there were a few games that turned out to be fakes in the past), the creator got mad because a couple of us (including myself) asked the engine creator,model creator to see if it was legit and weren't taken from the internet.. the game creator (Matt Norman i think his name is) didn't like it and essentially started being completely rude and disrespectful to members of the community (including myself). After that most members of LCPD:FR.com don't like him.. and he doesn't like us.

Normally i'd go for a digital copy.. because i have no room for game cases, however lately with the size of games, i prefer disc copies. Far Cry 4 had a large HDD size, same with GTA V, and i can't download something massive as i only have 150GB download a month

m_y_swat peds are for the ground NOoSE (crouched officers), for the standing officers.. they're used for the NOoSE Heli pilot which is m_y_nhelipilot

Uhh, shouldn't you leave the concealed carry permits up to the authorities?. i see this going anywhere but good. Plus i'm not sure of the Philadelphia Law, but don't you need a permit to do that kind of stuff? This has been discussed in the past, Members of the community and staff did have a feud with the creator. So by opening up this thread was probably a bad idea, I also don't think it is allowed to talk about this game if i remember correctly (i read a whole bunch of posts everyday and my memory isn't that great) Jay (now Cyan) posted a topic about it as a warning to members (where that topic is now.. i don't know) however that was posted last year so things may have changed by now.

Honestly, i believe in Evolution.. mainly because it's more realistic than a god somehow creating a human. We came from the apes.. We have so many similarities/traits that it's ridiculous to believe otherwise.. hell, a few species of apes have been half wiped out because of Ebola.. never in my life have i heard of Ebola killing an animal.. However apes aren't just animals.. they are essentially humans with more fur and well no education.

There is countless LSPDFR topics already in the forums, Nobody will know for sure if the mod will be released for GTA V until LMS gets his hands on the coding (which won't be until it's released) then if it's able to be modified, LMS will most likely create a LCPDFR mod for GTA V... It all depends on if the game can be modded. as for testing, the only way you can test the mod is if you're part of the Community Team or the Testing Team.. If you're just a Member then you'll need to wait until the full release to try it.
