LSPD First Response 0.2a Update
Oh nice! This update fixes all my problems with LSPDFR, downloading it later on tonight =)

windows vista home premium service pack 2
Oh, nice! Looks like it's just Windows XP that doesn't support it. Have fun and enjoy LCPDFR =)

Make sure it's .NET Framework 4.5 otherwise it wont work.

windows vista home premium service pack 2
I don't believe so, the latest version of LCPDFR uses a version of .NET Framework that is only available for Windows 7+ (I know it's not available for Windows XP, although i'm not entirely sure for Vista)

Partner
Really, i thought they were in every released version after 0.91 (i never used the mod before that so i don't know how many versions were released). I should've rephrased my original post as it sounds like it'll be in the next update (which will most likely wont be). Although i'm certain it'll be featured in LSPDFR at some point. OP - I also found this in the download section while looking at scripts, i don't know how it works since i haven't tried it but it might be worth trying it out http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7517-police-partner/

Partner
Honestly, i'd wait until LSPDFR gets an update. it's highly likely partners will be added, they've always been in previous releases of LCPDFR so they'll make a come back in LSPDFR i imagine.

Pro and Premium
Yeah, i don't really see a point of changing from what it is, the donation page and store is enough. Also, to be honest. charging people for subscriptions will most likely make people turn away from visiting the site. There's also no benefit/difference between paying or using it for free. Waiting a few days for a download isn't that big of a benefit really.

LSPDFR Suggestions
After playing LSPDFR for a few days, I've come up with a few ideas for future releases for LSPDFR, 1. Missing Persons callout - Could use the same type of method as the hunting mini game in terms of the area search, you get a call to a specific area (preferably mountain range/desert), either a relative or friend (NPC character) gives you a description of the missing person, you have a marked area you need to search and depending on the time it takes to find the person, they'll be dead (possibly mauled to death by a Cougar), or badly injured. 2. Burglaries - now with enterable interiors these can be possible, you get a call of a panic alarm at a local gas station or clothing store and depending on the time it takes to get there the suspect will either still be in the process of robbing the place, just leaving or already left and you have to find him (Similar to the callout from LukeD Callout+ script in IV). 3. Officer Distress - This call is assisting an officer that needs help, whether it be he needs a secondary unit in a traffic stop, or he is badly injured and needs officers to help Code 3. 4. K9 feature - As GTA V has finally featured dogs, the LSPD/LSSD can now have a K9 unit. a K9 unit would be useful in a pursuit when a suspect is running, the dog can chase after the suspect and pin him down. they could also be useful in finding a suspect who is hiding or help out with the Missing Person callout i have mentioned. 5. more insignia options - self explanatory, add more insignia options to the character selection menu (PO III, PO III+1, Sergeant, Detective 1, Detective 2 etc). 6. Add more jail locations - so far there is only one available location which doesn't really help when you arrest a suspect on the other side of LS. 7. option to pull out or cancel a pursuit - I'm not sure about the US but here in Australia if a pursuit gets too dangerous the officers need to pull out/call off the pursuit. Something like that would be realistic especially if the pursuit gets dangerous and the suspect starts plowing through a bunch of civilians. 8 - add an ingame officer name - I believe this was implemented with LCPDFR 1.1 (judging by the ingame officer name option in profile settings) this would be a nice reutrn 9 - More interactive/realistic things - requesting road blocks, callouts set to a specific character (SWAT calls left to NOoSE, drug busts left to DOA etc), a taser that doesn't kill people, armory so you can choose what firearms you want (customize your handgun with a different colour, flashlight etc), able to choose M4, shotgun etc. and the ability to choose another vehicle if your car gets to damaged (return to an LSPD/LSSD precinct and gives you the option to choose/grab another car. 10 - Add armour automatically, Most american law enforcement officers wear body armour underneath their uniform for obvious reasons, so having armour will be a great addition (and it'll stop you from dying instantly in a shootout)

Rage Plugin Hook Countdown.
Yes =) if it's a legitimate version (retail/disc or digital on Steam) mods and the RAGE Plugin Hook will work normally.

Rage Plugin Hook Countdown.
That, nobody knows yet. Could be a massive update to the plugin hook. who knows. you'll have to wait and see. Yes, You can pick it up on Steam, buy the retail version or head over to G2A.com and get it from there (they normally sell games half price with some of the money going to charity)

Mapp v. Ohio
I haven't heard of that before, a link to the video would be nice.. because something doesn't seem right. Then again most murder cases the murder weapon is left at the crime scene, or tossed somewhere close (since it's in public Criminalists or Officers can take it and bag it). however if the killer took the weapon with him then you'll obtain a search warrant later on in the investigation (that's if you have enough evidence to obtain one). But in general, to collect evidence and it's not in public (ie. At a suspects house) you'll need a search warrant otherwise whatever you find is invalid. That being said each case is different so the laws/rules between obtaining evidence from a robbery might be different to obtaining evidence of a murder.

Gta 4 to 5?
I was playing LCPDFR since 0.91 and i did love it, although it did feel a bit restrictive and Liberty City wasn't that interesting. V on the other hand feels more open and you can do a lot more. The whole reason i got V was to play LSPDFR, and honestly. i'm glad i did. LSPDFR maybe in it's beta stage but even then it's better optimized and better than LCPDFR 1.1, everyone is switching over for a better experience, honestly apart from car mods.. there really isn't a need to return to IV.

Rage Plugin Hook Countdown.
Considerding this was posted in May (2 months ago) RAGE Plugin Hook has been released and is currently in use i believe (i'm not 100% sure but this was the announcement/release of RAGE Plugin Hook). Also, no. RAGE Plugin Hook doesn't work with cracked/illegal copies of GTA V. support Rockstar Games and buy the game.

Cant Download 0.2 Beta
LSPDFR like LCPDFR is a popular mod and many people want it. your issue was most likely website traffic with many people downloading it at once. Glad you managed to get it to download, Enjoy LSPDFR! =)

Keep Calm - Reduce AI panic attacks when shots are fired
I also encounter freezing with this mod. when the mod is active it freezes every few seconds for atleast 0.5 seconds, disable the script and my game runs smooth =/ Hopefully it can somehow be fixed because this is an amazing script and i really don't want 10 cars going berserk and nearly hitting me everytime a shot is fired or i'm in a pursuit with armed suspects
