you have to download winRAR just type that into google, when extracted the mods download SPARKIV and install the mods using SparkIV:)

put the ELS and SNT in Grand Theft Auto IV folder when you click on Rockstarg Games. go in game press F3 click options second page disable shrotcut keys and go save to trainer.ini option on the first or second page of options

where did you put the trainer and ELS files?

is your game a valid copy and not downloaded? do you have patch 1.0.7.0? are you running as admin? also are your files read only? (change that)

hey i used to play .91 and .95 beta but in RC2 i never encounter world events, like pursuitsi only encourter people rnning and the occassional drunk is this normal?

i am using x fire i just need something to record voice but i think x fire has an option for voice i will just try and fgiure it out. i have headphones with a mic so i could try using that.

i am using xfire to record in game footage but cant get the voice to work so i might need to record it spretely but what program can i use

ok thanks i am using windows 7 with xfire i am trying to get the recorder working on that using my headphones with the microphone but i will definetly give it a try also would i be able to use a video camera to record voice i have a video camera but dont know if i can record voice?

yuo could try downgrading your ELS version. i have had cars that need els v6 and had version 4 or something and it worked
