GTA Complete pack only includes the 3D Universe (GTA III, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas), Whereas the GTA IV Complete Edition includes both GTA IV and it's EFLC counterpart. It'll say what it includes in the Steam store page (it'll state it in the description what games come in the collection).

although i have a fair few favourite characters.. i normally have about 3 for every show i watch (depending on how many characters there are in the show). but here are 3 characters i like. Senior Sergeant Tom Croydon (Blue Heelers) - I like him because of his outlook on policing "police work is people". He is a firm, but fair cop who has a heart and will throw the book at an offender if he has to. if i was to ever be a cop, i'd most likely be like his character. Gil Grissom (CSI: Las Vegas) - I like him because he is just a unique person/character.. I don't think in the history of Forensics that there has been a Forensic officer who will taste a foreign substance or keep a dead pig fetus in their office. not only from that.. but his personality is unique and different which i like aswell. Batman (From any form of Batman media) - Just because he is badass!

I live in Australia.. Although I live in the state of Tasmania so it doesn't feel like it half the time since we barely get the hot Australian sun =/

Judging by that quote i took from the wikipedia page, you'll most likely need to use the sensor controller that comes with the Wii. As for a playthorugh/walkthrough I haven't found one, and since it's been rated a really bad game i doubt anyone has decided to do one on it.

LCPD:FR is crap, should never have been crated at all! Just kidding =P I voted a 4, it's an amazing mod definitely is the first time GTA has has been changed from a criminal aspect to a law aspect. Although there is some room for improvement (which will come in due time) it would be perfect if the GTA itself was cooperative and was a good port. I do have to give applause to Sam, LMS and the rest of the Development team because they have created something that is genius and a must have for the PC version of GTA 4

There isn't really a need for ELS in GTA V as it has it's own integrated LED system. However since it's just a couple of patterns (maybe 3 or 4) ELS might bring a good variety of lighting choices. Also judging by the previous games, GTA SA and IV have seen versions of lighting systems with the ELM mod for GTA SA and well obviously ELS for GTA IV.. whether Caine creates it for V or someone else creates it.. a version like ELS will most likely be made.

It all depends on your budget. and whether you're using your computer for other games (like new upcoming games) or is it just purely for GTA IV?

Honestly, i think they should legalize it. BUT they should enforce laws that are similar to cigarettes and alcohol. why? because the effects of marijuana is quite similar to that of tobacco and alcohol. The laws should be if you're smoking marijuana, you have to be 18+ (or 21+ depending on your state law), if you're over a certain limit/if there is too much cannabis in your system then you can't drive (exact same laws regarding alcohol/drink driving) AND if you're caught selling or giving anyone under the age of 18 or 21 you get a citation.. or jail time. Seriously, there is no difference between marijuana and alcohol.. they essentially give you the same affect. marijuana is pretty much non-lethal.. all it does is make you feel good, lets you sleep and gives your the 'munchies' i have NEVER seen someone get violent over smoking marijuana. Look at Amsterdam.. they have it legalized, and i never hear anything going wrong with people over there.. actually, i have never seen a new report or video about people smoking marijuana in Amsterdam, they're just living life like normal. it'll give the government some money, it'll save the police a whole lot of paperwork from petty marijuana possession charges and people don't have to be paranoid/looking over their shoulders every 5 minutes waiting for a drug bust to happen because they have a few plants.

Rockstar isn't against modders.. they just don't support them. If they were against them then they wouldn't have posted articles about famous mods for GTA 4 in their newswire. There is thousands of games that have multiplayer but can still be modded. Take Call Of Duty.. one of the most modded/hacked games around.. it has an online aspect to it.. but people still mod/hack it (which the hacks/mods only benefit in the multipalyer game). i doubt they'll disable modding/go to the effort to stop people from modding because they have GTA Online. IF people do mod for the GTA Online aspect then they'll be banned by moderators and admins from Rockstar.. plus most mods for GTA IV never affecting multiplayer at all. the only ones that can are script mods and trainers. Plus people have already modded the console version of GTA V.. so the chances of the PC version being modified is quite high.

I haven't seen the full report from the time it happened as i woke up about 2 hours after it started occurring. However from what i have seen i don't think this guy is a terrorist, if he is then he is an amateur or wannabe.. out of all my years seeing all these terrorist threats i have never seen one conduct a hostage situation. plus he has already let 5 people go.. if he was a terrorist then he would've killed or kept the 5 hostages. A terrorist doesn't care about people, only themselves.. so why care so much about those 5 people that he spares their life? something just doesn't add up.

Target isn't the only GTA V distributor, there is about 5 other stores that sell GTA V (in tassie atleast). And no, they won't get a good rep from it.. over 5k comments on their FB post and essentially all are saying that they won't shop their anymore.

They're actually now trying to ban it from Big W, So my guess is they're trying to take the game out all together. Plus it's not feminists that are doing it.. it's middle aged women who haven't touched a game and only know about the game from pictures or what they've read. Then there is the retailers who don't review the game and play it for a bit.. they just read the petition, believe it and take action. Target have also said that they'll continue to stock OTHER R18 games and movies and only removed GTA 5 because of it's sexual violence. mind you, in the movies part of the statement, it also includes TV Shows.. so Games Of Thrones will still be available which is worse than GTA V, so what is the point of banning one but not the other? Plus.. who pulls stuff off the shelves this close to Christmas? they've just created a massive problem, and are now losing money because of it.

They have also now banned it from K-Mart Australia.. Only because it's owned by the same people who own Target. On both their FB pages.. people are now essentially protesting and spamming every post to get GTA V back on the shelves. I just hope EB Games (or Gamestop for Americans) doesn't ban it aswell.. Because i have the PC version pre-ordered from there (even though it's extremely unlikely they will ban it since they ask for ID for games like this and MA 15+ games.. they also warn the parents about the violent when they're young aswell). If both Target and K-Mart did the same system as EB Games, then games wouldn't be banned.. The whole point of Australia fighting to get the R18+ rating was so we could have these games in retail stores for us to buy, what's the point of having the rating if they're just going to remove the games from the shelf anyway?

Yup, the people who create these petitions haven't sat down and played GTA 5, they have read it on the internet. If they sat down and played the story then they'll realise it's not that bad. Except for Trevor even I got a bit sick watching him at times. But if they actually look, GTA 5 is a kids show compared to some of the other games out there, like Outlast and Dead Island (both First Person, both contain violence). And honestly, there is other things to do in GTA than be violent, some side missions are less violent.. like the racing, parachuting etc. then you can create fun challenges like what Nerd³ does, or you can do what everyone on this community does.. Transform your game into a police simulator. But no, nobody ever thinks about that.. they always jump to the violent part, which isn't that big of a part in GTA and i agree, i get all my games from either EB Games, or Steam.. so it's no great loss or affects me at all.

Actually no, there isn't.. the only time the word man or men were involved in the petition is when they said about men being violent towards women. Even from target, all they said was about violence against WOMEN.. nothing about men. The thing that annoyed me, was the people saying about it's promoting violence to younger children, but there is a pretty big logo saying R18 on the cover of the game. Honestly, if your child plays videogames then grows up to be a killer or woman beater.. then blame your parenting not the game they played.

As of an hour ago, Target Australia has banned Grand Theft Auto V from being sold in their stores. Why? because a petition was created because of violence against women. I don't mind the new design, infact I quite like it. It looks classy, Although I prefer the civilian version... As a police version I don't think i'll like it so much.

I don't think many people know how to do it, there are a few lightbars that have the DROT feature in the Dev section (unlocked). Your best bet would be to ask either BxBugs123 (or whatever his new name is.. i don't know it) or you could ask Kinsta since he has released a few DROT feature cars.

I'm pretty sure the Toyota Corolla is only available to a few people, so the chances of you actually getting this type of model made is pretty slim.
