Does the game run without RPH? if not then it would be a Steam issue.

Like @Constable Lego said they make a crap ton of profit.. and the action is pretty awesome. They have lost their way though. Do they even street race anymore? it's all robbing banks now. As long as they go over the top/spend a lot of money on their action sequences.. they'll make a huge profit.

These mods/scripts need to be updated by the mod developer there is no current fix. You'll have to remove them and wait until the mod developer updates them to work on the latest version of RPH

If you're on a retail/disc copy then run the game normally (without RagePluginHook) it should open up the RGSC launcher and update. If you're on Steam then go to steam - Grand Theft Auto V - Rick click - Properties - Local Files - Verify Integrity of Game files - click it and let it do it's thing. It will update to the latest version.

I do what every other LSPD officer does, Patrol the city and beat up innocent civilians while costing the city millions of dollars in property damage :D

it wouldn't matter how big the message is, people still won't read it. I've been a Moderator for roughly two years and i've only seen a handful of people who have listened to rules/announcments when making a support topic. Like Will said though, We're Community Moderators, our job is to moderate the community and keep things in order, we don't have to provide/give support. We do that because we're also part of this community and we're kind. That being said being Staff isn't a paid position, it's all volunteer so we don't get paid therefore all of us need a form of income hence why we have jobs. No one on the Staff team can be online 24/7 as it's just not possible with work/personal lives. Many staff members always lurk the forums aswell as it makes it easier to do our duties. So just because you don't see them online.. it doesn't mean they're not there. Also to be fair the Moderators here are as active as they should be, Everytime i log in i have seen Moderators recently reply to topics, move them, deal with reports etc.

The new update wasn't planned/expected it's to fix a bug with the car they added in the last update (steering wheel bug on the 80's Ferrari looking thing) So yes it most likely has broken modding so RagePluginHook will need to be updated. advising moderators won't do anything. So please don't do that. We have no control over RagePluginHook nor do Moderators have the ability to produce "ads" (i'm assuming by ads you mean the banner on the forums informing of the update). Management will do that (if they find it necessary) when they can.

This is an issue caused with memory. Whether it be not enough RAM or not enough VRAM. What CPU and GPU are you using? Also when in game and this happens Alt+Tab out of it, load up task manager and take a screenshot

anything above 60FPS is really good. between 40-60FPS is decent anything below 30FPS is lacking. Right now your FPS is really good. although i'm not entirely sure if the FPS you listed is correct as 100-115 is possible although it's mainly on really high end systems. How did you monitor your FPS?

Honestly most movies that have sequels/trilogies/sagas are crap. They go big on the first one, make a lot of money because it's a big hit then try to do it again with a sequel and it goes wrong. Creating more than one movie just becomes repetitive, The sequels never change stories either they're pretty much all the same (Take Alien for example.. Great franchise, although it went crap with 3 and Resurrection. 1 and 2 were great. They have also become repetitive.. we all know how it'll go and how it ends.. person becomes curious - gets a facehugger attached (except 3 when it was a dog that got infected) - chestburster - alien - everyone dies except for Ripley - alien gets sucked into space - Ripley sleeps) it's mainly why i watch tv series rather than movies. it's quite rare now i find a movie that i enjoy (and the movies i do enjoy watching are one time things with no sequels)

The only "mention" of LSPDFR was them referencing the NSWPF taking action. This is about a different game altogether. Which... looks like utter garbage. Wouldn't exactly call it "LSPDFR on the news"
