No. there isn't an app. You can access the forums via your phone by using your internet browser. However you won't get notifications sent to your phone.

I had a similar experience with my AOC i2777FQ monitors. people said they weren't great for gaming out of the box but altering settings made it look great. Just write down the default settings on a piece of paper, then start messing about with the settings a bit. i did that with mine and it worked :D

They don't carry guns because they simply don't need them. Gun crime in the UK is very low. they have more of a chance of getting stabbed than shot on duty. Plus a suspect won't fear the police because they have a firearm, If they want to attack an officer.. they'll attack an officer (Take US for example) They're armed with firearms (handgun in their holster and a shotgun/rifle in their vehicle) and officers die everyday there. Spending the thousands (even millions) arming UK officers will just be a waste of money, they don; need weapons. The only UK cops that need them are Armed Response Units (which are put in high-risk areas like Buckingham palace, downing street etc) UK cops worry more about knives then guns (hence why they use stab vests)

I always used to use my parents (well my dads) bank/paypal (with my own money.. just added it to his account). I didn't even know these prepaid things existed. Having my own bank account with paypal is a lot more easier.. Although i do die a little inside when my bank statements turn up every 6 months. I always thought you could get a bank account at any time, although if you're under the age of 18 your parents may need to authorize it.

Just remember. When your game updates and you have a mods folder. Your game will break because of it since every DLC patch updates the update.rpf.. Leaving your update.rpf in your mods folder outdated (trying to run your updated game on an outdated update.rpf file will cause issues). Always update your mods folder when patches are released. It's why i recommend having two directories (one for vanilla and the other for modding) so you don't have to deal with the mods folder issues when patches are released.

Did you re-add it to the dlclist.xml? I believe when an update happens you need to re-configure the dlclist.xml as it breaks any added DLC files. Open dlclist.xml and add the EUP dlc to the bottom (if it's there and not at the bottom, remove it and add it to the bottom of the list)

Not sure if ELS requires it. But have you updated/installed ScripthookV?

Albo's mods haven't been updated for the latest RPH. so until he updates them they will be broken

You can't "put it away" It's a message broadcasted site-wide by the Management Team. It won't be removed until a member of Management removes it.

because that would just be one giant clusterfuck. The police force in the UK and America are much larger than that in say New Zealand. sworn members of NZ police (both sworn and unsworn 10,000 which is almost equivilant to that of the LAPD (which is 12,000). So their entire countries police force is the same size of 1 US state police department.
