  2. We can't really tell you which one you'll like or not, it depends on your tastes. You should browse this website by yourself to find what fits the best your needs.
  3. It also depends if the vehicle itself is multi-livery enabled. The majority are, but some are not.
  4. Oh. I didn't understand it that way. But even like that... I mean, would it even be possible on a technical point of view?
  5. Wouldn't it be the same if the uploader posted links towards the said models in the description of their files though?
  6. Now you're simply in bad faith. I never said the guy shooting out of his door was in his right. I said it was understandable. That's all I said. With that, I added, several times, that it was stupid to do that. Never said he was in his right at any moment. I'd appreciate if you stopped putting words in my mouth, it's making this discussion completely confused and confusing. I'll summary my opinion in short, clear points: the guy shooting out of his own door had an understandable (due to the assault and home-invasion he was the victim of earlier), yet stupid reaction (put himself and others in danger) the police officer had an understandable (thought he was threatened) yet stupid reaction (put himself in danger and shot an innocent girl by acting recklessly and unprofesionnally) the difference between the two being that an officer is supposed to act responsibly. While many officers do their job right and we should be grateful towards them, this police officer reacted in a way that should not be expected and should never be expected, and should as a result be punished for the harm he caused, just like the guy who shot out of his door. Is that easier to understand? Once again, I'm fine with saying when cops do a good job, but the bad cops also need to be pointed out and punished to avoid laxism and an OK Corral atmosphere within the police ranks. Defending police officers ALL the time NO MATTER WHAT they do, to the point to say that a police officer who shot a girl made a 'good shot' is going beyond the line and getting ridiculous.
  7. If you talk about civilian traffic -> If you talk about police cars, I doubt there is any way to do that besides replacing all the models with vintage cars. Maybe in the popgroup files or stuff like that, but it would most probably not be easy to modify.
  8. No idea where you could find it, but if it's locked it won't be of any use for you anyway.
  9. Some police slots are not multi-livery enabled. To enable the liveries, go in vehicles.meta in update/update.rpf/common/data/level/gta5, extract it, open it with notepad or similar software, find the lines of the slot you placed the car in and scroll down to a line with a series of 'FLAG_HAS_STUFF'. Add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY at the end of it, save, replace the original vehicles.meta file with the one you modified, done.
  10. Can't think of some on top of my head, but I can clearly say that Traffic Policer is not performance heavy. The only part of that plugin that could be performance heavy are the random ambient events, that can be disabled in the .ini file.
  11. Plugins like KeepCalm are known to drain resources and generate stutter. Can be a hardware issue like CPU or GPU bottlenecking themselves for one reason or another. Other than that, the game also has a memory leak issue that has been found by the community barely a few days after GTA V release on PC, but was obviously never acknowledged by Rockstar nor ever truly fixed. Basically the game doesn't delete useless data from the RAM like it's supposed to do, which results in the RAM being overloaded, forcing the system to use a page file to stock the provisional data on the hard drive. But since loading data from the hard drive is significantly longer, the game stutters, creating microfreezes of 1 frame or a few more.
  12. Pretty sure it's to prevent spam, like the one that happened some time ago but we're not supposed to talk about. Let's say the 'You-Know-What'.
  13. No. I'm tired of this excuse used by people to cover cops who don't do their job right. I'm all for supporting police officers who do their job correctly. My own dad is a cop in the motorcycle squad. But at some point, you have to point a cop out when one does a big mistake. Always covering them no matter what happens is getting ridiculous. The girl was shot by the officer. His REACTION almost killed her, not the guy who shot at them with a gas gun. I never said that guy was innocent by the way, I said he was stupid. His action was understandable, but stupid. But the cop who shot through that door was equally, if not even more stupid. I actually think the contrary, that if Trump gets elected, America, and most likely the whole civilized world, is going to implode, but that's not the topic.
  14. If you don't, that means you don't have a mods folder, and if you don't have a mods folder, then make one following the tutorial that is linked at the beginning of this guide.
  16. It's called an analogy, and I said it was a parody, and I said the core of the problem was similar. Shooting blinding and hoping to get results. So, at the end of the day, you say it's a good shot to have hurt an innocent 17 years old who just happened to live there. No wonder why the world is going down in flames, if even when an innocent is gunned down everyone finds it normal.
  17. Spamming the same question won't make them doing it, you know.
  18. What do you mean, 'if I replace it with the Sultan'? Be more accurate in your description.
  19. Rename it to the car you want to replace it with, I wrote the list in the tutorial.
  20. Unrelated to what we're debating here, you're extrapolating one situation out of the context we're talking about. The guy at the door wasn't actively shooting, he shot a couple times and stopped. He didn't hurt anyone that badly, and reinforcements were clearly available.
  21. I said it, backing away with the possibly injured officer behind cover and calling for reinforcement. At least like that they would prepare the assault and avoid injuring innocent bystanders.
  22. Si tu dois choisir le mode histoire, c'est que RPH n'est pas installé correctement. Quand tu lances le jeu via RPH, ça charge automatiquement le mode histoire.
  23. By acting professional. "Guys, there's a guy shooting at the crowd and at us in that mall!" "Okay, let's shoot at the crowd too, with a bit of luck we'll shoot him down too!". That's a great parody of what happened, but the core of the problem is there.
