  1. No, I'm not. When you are a police officer carrying a gun, you're expected to know how and when to use your weapon. Do you really, REALLY think that it's entirely normal to empty half a clip into a door without knowing who or what is behind the said door? Without knowing the situation inside? Who is inside, if there are criminals or civilians, if there are hostages or injured people? That's a completely unprofessional behavior, and a dangerous one at that as he was a danger both to the civilians around, his colleagues, and himself. I stand by the fact that if the police officers shouted "POLICE" when they knocked at the door, all of this wouldn't have happened.
  2. Never said the guy using a gas pistol wasn't guilty either, but the police officer who shot blindly definitely doesn't know how to handle a situation like this. The first thing they should have done is opening the door. Or better, why not yelling "POLICE" as they knocked at the door? I don't know, it'd seem like a logical thing to do to me, for those exact reasons. The police officers are just as much at fault there, they didn't act professional at all.
  3. Have fun reinstalling then. Because at that point, it's unknown what is causing what. Might be the carvariation, might be the vehicle.meta, or something else.
  4. I sent it to you in a PM. Use the mods folder next time.
  5. Did you change the vehicle.meta line as well? If you did all that, then there's a problem with your handling file. And if you don't have a backup or didn't use a mod folder, then you're good for reinstalling the whole thing.
  6. He gets gased, and as a response five rounds are fired through a door without any sight? Totally deserved punishment if he gets one, it's a reckless usage of his weapon. You don't shoot through a door, when you've no idea who or what is behind it. What if it was terrorists and he had an explosive vest? Boom, all dead. What if it was a mom with its baby held hostage? Boom, dead, or gravely injured. And so on, and those are cases were someone was indeed in danger in the first place.
  7. You have to add it in the carvariation.meta located in mpheist for this model. Again, this is detailed in the download. The .txt files provided with the car are made to be read, not to decorate the place.
  8. Extract the carvariation.meta with OpenIV, open it with notepad, press ctrl+F to open the search bar, type whatever slot you placed the car in, be it police, or police2, or police3, and once you found it, there's a line saying <handling>.
  9. I doubt I said vehicle.meta. I said carvariation.meta. Those are two different files.
  10. ... By changing the handling? You either go in the carvariation.meta file and change the handling line from whatever slot the car in to another car and see if it fixes the thing, or you modify the handling line itself in the handling.meta file. But I doubt you should have to do that in the first place, if so many people can make the car work perfectly, that either means a handling line or carvariation line is provided with the download of the car, or that means you installed the car in a slot it's not supposed to be in, or that means you made a mistake in installing the car at some point.
  11. You have to change the handling.
  12. It might be close to Arial Black, but the way the lower part of the R is getting curvy is certainly not even close to that. To the OP: have you tried the What The Font website? Sometimes it helps having a small idea of what kind of font you need.
  13. There's a ton of liberty lightbars available already. We absolutely don't need more of them.

Yeah I guessed that, what I mean is, what's wrong in your screenshot? I don't see anything wrong with it.

Looks like what? Seems decent to me.
  16. Alternatively, you can install all the car mods that are replacing the vanilla police slots in the latest patch files, which is patchday9ng at the moment.
  17. I'll have to disagree with that, the Traffic Control mod is incompatible with the 1.3.1 version of RAGENativeUI. At least that's what the mod says once IG.
  18. o.o damn thanks dude, that was so fast and unexpected. Take all my likes.
  19. Oy, I had a question concerning the Merit you released on gta5-mods. No idea if that's the right place to ask, but I didn't want to bug you on your wall or with a private message, and my question might help other people seeking for similar results. Anyway! I'm currently using the Merit as the most modern car of my fleet IG, most of the others behind old school vanilla cars. However, the fact that the Merit has a LED lightbar bugs me a little, it doesn't fit the theme I'm looking for. Is there a way to make only the halogen lightbar spawn?
  20. I had that for a moment, and then for some reason it solved itself. Then it came back for a short while and then fixed itself once more. No idea what's causing this, but it's annoying yes.
  21. It's funny because it sounds like someone would want to say London, but with their mouth full of food. "Loudoun."
Glad to see you followed my advice about the 4K resolution. Now it's definitely worth 5 stars, considering the neat work and the accuracy of the liveries.
  22. The siren setting has to be on 2. Take the sheriff carvariation line, place it in the carvariation of the mpchristmas2 patch, change the name to police and done.
  23. You know that a little "please" usually helps, people making skins are not slaves, nor do they get paid for their work.
