1/ it's not urgent. 2/ This problem can be solved by installing the carvariation.meta file that is provided with the car model. If it's not provided with it, that means the car model is not optimized for this slot. Which means you'll have to change the carvariation.meta file yourself. It's located in mpchristmas2. Extract it, look for the police3 lines with notepad or something, and change the siren settings to 1. This problem has been answered many times before, so please, PLEASE, at least make some research before making yet another thread that is identical to the billion other ones.

Most plugins will eventually be updated for RPH 0.37, so you'll ultimately have to update anyway. I'm running on that update since a while now and I didn't notice anything groundbreaking, LSPDFR works, all my plugins work safe from FootPursuit which will be updated shortly.

Because the model isn't made to receive more than one livery. To change that, go in update/update.rpf/common/data/level/gta5 and extract the vehicle.meta file somewhere. Once extracted, open it with notepad or similar software and look for the policet lines. Once you found them, scroll until you find a whole line filled with FLAG_STUFF and add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY to it. Then import the modified vehicle.meta back to its original place.

As good as the officer's reaction was, and as nice as the outcome could be, and as dangerous the suspect might have been in the end, it still baffles me that US cops feel the need to question and investigate someone who just jay-walked to catch a bus. I'd get arrested quite often if I lived in the US.

Actually, our national police and military police use Ford vehicles occasionally, but it really depends on the location and what budget was allowed to the station, as Ford vehicles are pretty expensive around here, both to buy and to maintain, due to the fact they are an exported brand. It also remains utility vehicles most of the time for high trunk capacity and the like, safe from a few exceptions.

Also, if the model has 2 .ytd files, make sure that skins are replaced in both of them, some models have duplicated skins in both their .ytd files for some reason.

The file to modify for the lights is carvariation.meta. You should have one provided with the mod, or at least the lines for the vehicle in a .txt file for you to modify manually.
