I answered that question. And GTA V is available on Steam, you don't need to come from the USA to buy the game.

Cracked version of the game is not supported, pretty sure of that. If you manage to make it work, good for you, but if you don't, don't expect to get support. Consider buying the game, it's not that expensive anymore.

Did you install it in a police slot?

Because of the fact the police3 slot is using a completely different lighting setup than the other police slots, I doubt you'll find a car that can be placed in that slot and will work without further modification, so you should get familiar with it as soon as you can if you plan to modify all the police units.

Don't be afraid to install cars, even if they seem complicated. Follow this tutorial if you've trouble.

If it crashes after loading the plugins, find your ragehook log file and post it here (preferably in spoilers so it doesn't take the whole page), so people with more knowledge in this can help you out.

Make sure to install the latest version of the gameconfig file for RDE.

You'll have to be more accurate. What "update" folder you're talking about. The update.rpf archive? Or the dlcpacks archives?

Then you did something wrong at some point. Uninstall all your mods and start over. If you used a mods folder like you should have, that is.

You are clicking on the folder. Of course it's not going to work, you've to click on the dlc.rpf archive. Check the screenshots in the guide.

You need to explain in a better and more understandable way what is happening, as well as providing a ragehook.log file that is automatically created at the root of GTA V.

There's no mod that I'm aware of that can do that. And I doubt it's easily doable, considering this kind of thing tends to be hard-coded into the game. But I'm not a specialist so don't quote me on that.

Then you either are doing something wrong, or the file you try to copy to the mods folder is already in the mods folder.

I'm glad you got your problem solved, however, it'd be nice if you could avoid quoting the original post as it is a very long one and makes the scrolling quite long, so people coming to this thread don't have to scroll forever if they are looking for something in particular

C'est un add-on, il n’apparaîtra JAMAIS dans la liste des véhicules de LSPDFR, ni dans la liste d'aucun trainer. Tu dois spawn le véhicule avec un trainer, en choisissant "Spawn vehicle by name" et entrer le nom exact du modèle tel qu'il est installé.
