I have the same issue at times. I usually go off duty, and then on again to fix it. The LCPDFR devs probably know about this already, and hopefully it will be fixed in future releases.

The radiance mod should not look white. Make sure you replaced the timecyc too. Are you using any ENB? If so, increase the value higher. Anyways, I'm using ENB, and these are my visual settings. That's one of the most common mistakes made. Make sure you use the timecyc the mod gave you too.

This glitch is common. Hopefully it will be fixed in future releases. But anyways, double tap, by that I mean press ALT T twice quickly. That usually works for me.

Have you tried System Restore?

That's a great card, so it must be your other specs causing the issue.

The higher the #, the slower it will go. So puting a 1 will make it go 1 milli second slower, placing a 15 there will make it go 15 milli seconds slower. So if it's going too fast for you, put a higher number in. I don't think you can go lower than 0, but if you did, the flash speed would be faster.

Man, I don't like all these futuristic cars. I like more boxy vehicles... I liked the 80s, 90s, and and the early early early 00s. I sure hope cars designs go back to the way they used to be. Ford killed its last boxy vehicle, so now we're going to have all of these modern cars. Don't get me wrong, I love some of the new cars. I'm just talking about most of these new civilian sedans. The Impala looks good, but they should go for a more "American" look, since they're an American car company.
