GTA as board game
Probably not.

GTA shuts down due to downloading the 1.0.7.0 patch!
That would work, for lowish-medium settings. But it also depends on the rest of your system.

"Spotlight" Mod Vehicle Map List
@dmorrill22: I actually found a better one for EVI's LAPD CVPI, please update yours with this. [Police] spot-x=-0.72 spot-y=+0.7 spot-z=+0.54

Is there any way to make the cop not yell in the microphone every time you move the light to the left? Since 1,4,7 are used for the speech. Would it be possible to take these audio files out of LCPDFR? Also, I forgot to say, awesome mod! Thank you!

How do I add a Noose Cruiser slot? Same way as ELS?

Is it normal to have to put num lock on to press 0, then to turn it off to move the direction? Constant on/off is very irritating.

I don't think there is a way to decrease the brightness. About your issue, try changing the x,y,z. Maybe it's being hidden, possibly being inside the engine or inner car areas?

It's 0. Try it with Num lock on/off.That's what I had to do. It's either on/off, can't remember which. I'll post it in a sec...Edit: Num lock has to be off to turn it on, and num lock has to be on to move it. At least for me. Q: Is it possible to use double digit numers for the mapping? Ex; 0.75 instead of 0.7? As I need to move it up half way a little more, and I can't get it exactly using whole numbers. It worked. Edit: Here's a good mapping for EVI's LAPD CVPI: [Police] spot-x=-0.72 spot-y=+0.7 spot-z=+0.54

I'm not really understanding the mapping. If someone else is using EVI's LAPD CVPI and has found a good mapping for it, please post it. Thanks in advance. Edit: I got it now.

Quick question, someone help.
You probably will need to meet them in most areas. Please post your specs. Also, use this site and it'll tell you if you can run it. http://www.yougamers.com/gameometer/10296/ Even if you do meet them by a little, you won't enjoy playing at low settings and low fps. You may need to upgrade, or get a new PC completely. Which ever is more convenient for you.

can someone make a video on how to make a siren?
@officerpatrick: That video shows how to install a siren, not make one. This video shows how to make one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1SneVKYONHg

Harper's Modifications
Nice job Harper. Do you think you could also include a non-police version (the second picture)? It would be nice to fill in another SUV slot in my game, and that's the type of SUV I'm looking for.

dodge
Where is that? In 4 years of playing GTA IV, I've never seen that area. It's a map mod, right? If so, can you link me to it? Thanks in advance.

Ford Bronco concept
Yeah, I agree with you. They're trying too hard to make it look modern. Hopefully just like fashion, cars designs are a cycle, and the 80's will be back someday in terms of how they look. The Rancher was also based off the Chevrolet Blazer, with the rear lights being based off the Bronco.

I figured people would be interested in this
I'll have to download those when I get back to GTA IV, right now I'm re-playing the older GTA's and RDR. Thanks for posting, those look like some good weapons. +1.

Bearcat Vice city skin
I'd say you should go a little more to deep green, for a true VCPD look. Then have the doors and roof white, and have white writing over the green.

Ford Bronco concept
http://studiocarmodi...e-and-pictures/ While this is an old article (dating back to last August), I thought it was interesting, especially for you Ford fans, most importantly, Bronco fans. The concept (which is now probably going to come out in 2013 or 2014, or when the new Ford F-100 comes out) will be built on the F-100 body, if I read the article correctly. Ford built it to compete with the Jeep Wrangler. To be honest, it looks ugly, but well built. I'm hoping this isn't the final design. It looks nothing like the old Bronco's, except the 2 door design (3 if you count the trunk): But I guess it'll do. What do you guys think? Also, here's the new Ford F-100 : I personally don't like the way these new car designs are going. Am I the only one that feels this way?

Massachusetts State Police F-150
EVI hasn't been on for two days, so unless he has his email, I don't see how he could ask.

Would this run GTAIV Smoothly?
Upgrade the card, and you'll be better off. If you don't, you'll be playing on low settings. I'm not good with cards, but try to get something with at least 700 MB. You won't enjoy playing at 20 fps, so to be on the safe side, upgrade. The extra money will be worth it in the end.
