  1. Right Click>Properties, then uncheck Read-only, click Apply and then Okay. Then you'll be able to edit those files. Crap, theninja35 is a ninja.
  2. Well, here you go guys, a user on GTAF found it in MP3 files: http://www.gtaforums...howtopic=510202 Only one Police car? Oh shit... I didn't know if this would go into the GTA V section, or other gaming section, so I'll let Staff decide.
  3. That's what I've heard also. I once put riot mode on with it, and it was pretty fun I guess, but it crashed. That was on my old laptop, I got about 15 fps on medium settings lol.
  4. You will need Patch 1.0.7.0, link: http://support.rockstargames.com/entries/484496-grand-theft-auto-iv-patch-7-title-update-v-1-0-7-0-english-1-0-6-1-russian-1-0-5-2-japanese The game should come with it already since it's the download version, but just in case.
  5. It looks better than I thought. That reminds me, the other day, I saw my local Highway Patrol with an unmarked Caprice, and my local Department with a Ford Taurus test vehicle.
  6. @Tom H: I wanted to run that so bad, but it never worked. Nothing happened when I tried to start it, and I'm sure I installed it right. Maybe it doesn't work with LCPDFR?
  7. I agree with you, and the funny part is that the video is official, meaning that it's from Ford. That's why I found the video stupid myself, there are 4 or more episodes if you want to have a laugh.
  8. I downloaded mine of Gamestop.com. I use Windows Live as my online.
  9. LCPDFR is not a game itself, it's a modification for GTA IV/EFLC. You need the game first. But to answer your question, it will. I'm running it on Home Premium, GTA IV and LCPDFR work great on it.
  10. I agree, it's also been confirmed that the NYPD will be using the Taurus: http://articles.nyda...res-bank-robber That's going to be alot of maintaining. Here is a offroad video: I can't believe that it won against a Tahoe. Maybe if they didn't floor the Tahoe right away, and put on 2 wheel drive it wouldn't have got stuck.
  11. Also, make sure the next one you get is a desktop, not a laptop. More performace for the price, and you can save even more money if it's custom built. I also suggest you take a look at this topic for help:
  12. You only have 1 core? Does your computer even run the game on low settings? You also need more RAM, so you should get a more powerful PC. I don't think you can upgrade laptops, someone correct me if I'm wrong.
  13. Have you made any changes to your computer since it started (downloads included)?
  14. Original Light posted a gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  15. Since Liberty City, or Liberty State is based of New York City/New York State, then he should probably use their regulations.
  16. http://www.nhtsa.gov/cars/rules/import/FMVSS/index.html ? Would that help you at all? I don't know if that's what you were looking for or not.
  17. That would be alot of work. It also wouldn't work with LCPDFR if it made changes to the core map (streets, vehicle paths, spawn points). But I would recommend a mod called IV:SA, which lets you play San Andreas with GTA IV Graphics, but LCPDFR does not and will never support it according to some of the LCPDFR devs.
  18. I agree. The new Charger is refreshing, and looks great. The front lights look great too.
  19. Do you mean the tail lights? Or the back of the lightbar?
  20. Original Light replied to Asuna's topic in Media
Sorry to crash the party, but could someone give me a link to this funny video you speak of? By the way, awesome video man.

  22. Hm... It has never happened to me, are you sure that you've never accidentally modified it? That's weird...
  23. Let's say it comes out in 2012 for consoles, then 2013 for PC's. Then we have it for PC, but it takes another year for it to be moddable, so 2014? Hopefully a little sooner than that! I wish R* would support modding more, or even give us a few tools that they used to make the game like other devs have done.
  24. First, is this community for Grand Theft Auto/video games or real life? Is this going to be a forum? If so, something with a downloads section would be nice, and sub forums relating to mods and the Grand Theft Auto series in general. I'm a little interested in learning more, and I might think about aiding you if it's something I'd be interested in, and of course if you're interested in. If it's a site exactly like LCPDFR, then chances are I would not really be interested, as I don't want to betray LCPDFR.
