  1. Please read stickies, and post in appropriate section (LCPDFR support). And this should fix the problem:

I'm usually picky about sirens and end up splicing together my own versions. But this siren is the BEST I have ever heard.
  3. In that case, try setting PreloadAllModels = True in the ini.
  4. Many people use ELS enabled vehicles (including myself, at times). If you have a strong enough system, you shouldn't have a problem. We always say that only vanilla is supported because mods throw in too many variables to work with when it comes to troubleshooting, so when people have problems, we need to have them remove mods besides LCPDFR to see if it really is the problem. There are other reasons too but that's the big one. From what I have gathered, at least.
  5. These are commands that he created himself. For a list of the native commands, just type help.
  6. There's no play button on the website. Just download the installer for .95 RC2 on the downloads page, and then make sure to follow all the steps before, and during, installation. Then just boot GTA IV or EFLC up normally and start the mod.
  7. This is what I use:
  8. It's not really a bug, you're only allowed to transport one suspect at a time in your vehicle. In this case, you're probably better off calling in transport for one suspect, waiting for them to be taken care of, and then taking the other one yourself.
  9. Out of curiosity, do you have, in the ini file, PreloadAllModels = True? That will load cars into the game's memory on load, and has been known to fix problems related to modded cars.
  10. As Tom said, this does not affect the ability to use police computers. I should add that to the guide to avoid more confusion done.
  11. This might help: The door problem can't be fixed, that's just how ELS works. It rapidly refreshes the car each time the lights change. Can you elaborate on "extras?"
  12. Seeing how you have a mobile processor and a mobile GPU, I wouldn't expect to be able to run the game very well. It's possible to run it, yes, but I wouldn't try running it anything above low-mid graphics settings.
  13. If you saved a modded car at the safehouse, and then changed the car's data files, that will cause SMPA60. It won't matter how many times you reinstall the game. As I stated in my SMPA60 thread, you need to figure out what car you had before, and then reinstall that car into the img file, remove it from safehouses, and then save. if you can't remember, you need to scrap your savegame file. Note that saving as an alternate ped does NOT cause SMPA60 (I have never seen it happen, and I made that mistake once).
  14. Only run the patcher if you have GTA IV from a disc installed. the 1.0.7.0 patcher won't work if GTA is not installed, and you do not need it if downloading from Steam.
  15. I use CoreTemp.
  16. Yes, just change the numbers in ELS.ini, like you posted. I prefer to have alternate blue and red settings, so that the reflections on one side aren't 100% one color.
  17. A slightly shorter version (~10 seconds instead of 20) would be cool too.

  20. Once a Mainer, always a Mainer in my book. Anywho, yeah I've never even heard of Eagle Lake or Frenchville... I live way down south, half an hour from NH so I'm not all that familiar with the Northern areas.
  21. Welcome, fellow Mainah.
  22. Make sure you're pressing the correct key, try changing the keybinding to something else. If that doesn't work, try a new car. Does the ELS info display show the pri lights being "on" or are they failing to toggle altogether?
  23. Run as an administrator.
