LCPDFR RC3
We don't know. We never have deadlines or real ETA's. The developers work on a build until they feel it is done and tested. Once that point is reached, it's released. There's no formal due date system or anything like that.

Newbie!
ELS stands for Emergency Lighting System. It's a mod that allows modders to create vehicles that have more realistic emergency lights.

How to use the Touchmaster siren.
ELS.ini will be found in your main GTA folder, the same place as the Common, PC and Scripts folders. Open it with a text editor and refer to the key code list on the bottom to change the key for the siren. I have mine set to one of the numpad keys. You'll then be able to use the siren like normal.

Needs orginal cabby.wtd and cabby.wft
I have always been told distributing stock, unmodded files violates copyright law, since permission to distribute has never been given by R*.

How to use the Touchmaster siren.
You need to change the siren keybinding in ELS.ini, it is interfering with the normal use of the G key. After you change the ELS siren keybinding you can manually toggle by either using the ELS siren key (cars won't pull over) or by pressing and holding G like usual.

SOPA Returns (Again!)
I don't think there has been a single year in my life where I have thoroughly enjoyed the country I live in. And this is a perfect example of why that is so. Our government is (and has been) going downhill... FAST.

Database mouse not responding.
Increasing the mouse sensitivity in GTA's settings usually fixes the problem.

Game Crashes
You should try disabling the keybindings on Simple Native Trainer, since it sounds like you're having key conflicts. You can disable them by opening up SNT in-game by pressing F3 and then selecting options --> go to page 2 --> enable/disable key bindings. After that, run the game for a while and see if the crashing continues.

please can some one help
You can't use both dsound and xlive, you can only use one or the other. Xlive, as its name implies, removes windows live functionality from the game. I found xlive to be the most stable for me, but dsound is the most recommended asi loader. You should use the scripthook that came with lcpdfr, not the one that came with els.

Please read through this and after following that guide, please reply back with a copy of the diagnostic log results if problems persist. And please provide more details if possible.

My gta iv crashes as soon as it loads my save file
It's only in documents if you use xlive, which he does not. User music will be in documents, but not saves.

My gta iv crashes as soon as it loads my save file
Since you use use dsound as your asi loader, your save will be in C:UsersYOURUSERNAMEAppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames Delete your save game files from inside that directory. If you don't know which one it is, it may be best to delete them all (or at least move them to your desktop so you can place them back in one by one until you find the bad one).

My gta iv crashes as soon as it loads my save file
Your save game file is corrupt. You will need to delete it from GTA and create a new game (or load an older one). Eventually there should be a giant warning label that says DO NOT SAVE ON DUTY, many people have had their saves corrupted from this.

can some one tell me why?
Only thing is he would have to buy a whole new motherboard to support an Intel CPU rather than an AMD CPU. It would be more cost effective if he stuck with AMD at this point (yes, I'm an Intel fan as well [see sig]).

My gta iv crashes as soon as it loads my save file
Does the problem persist after removing ELS V6 from GTA? If it does, did you save while on-duty as a cop?

Guide to GTA4 Multiplayer
I'd like to add that using sound mods of any type should be perfectly ok to use (for example, gun sounds, explosion sounds, etc).

GTA IV has stopped working.. (After 15-30 minutes ingame)
ELS has been known to sometimes crash the game after the amount of time you gave. It seems to vary a lot in individual cases, and for me it rarely ever crashes, however I see no errors in any sector of the diagnostic log results, which leads me to believe it would be an ELS related problem, rather than an LCPDFR problem. Some say that ELS V5 crashes less, you can try it. I would recommend leaving POLICE and POLICE2 slots as non-els, if you have those modded, and if the crashing persists, try V5 and see if it helps any.

Disable Police in Traffic
Popcycle.dat, under commondata does have two columns, PercCopCars and PercCopPed that may affect cop spawning. I've never experimented with it. If you decide to change it, you will have to edit over 100 lines of data. It's a pain. (This file is also useful in changing who spawns in what areas).

That Dam Taxi Bug...
Yard1 is right. In regards to your query about texture loss, your system is running out of VRAM. You need to lower your graphics settings or remove your mods (since traffic flow seems to push your system over the edge, try lowering your settings first).

LCPD:FR 0.91 control
As far as I know, the keys for .91 aren't on this site anymore, and the hub (where all keys used to be) was ditched for a different program. Unless someone has them all memorized, or made a copy of them, I'm not sure if you can get them anymore. Almost all of the keys stayed the same between .91 and .95 so you can use .95 as a reference, and most should work. The major keys for .91 are shift to have a car pull over, and then the backup commands like alt + b, etc.
