9/11 Tribute
Even if everyone reverted to stock vehicles I'm not sure if people's computers could handle it... I would love to do it but for the sake of others I'm not sure how well it would work.

Install Problem
Sounds like you installed it to the wrong folder. Make sure all of the scripthooks and everything are in the GTA IV main folder, while firstresponse.net.dll and the lcpdfr folder with sounds are in the "scripts" folder, which should be inside of your main GTA folder. Should look something like c:program files (x86)rockstar gamesgta iv or c:program files (x86)steamsteamappscommongtaiv\

[Resolved] Skyrim.... Is it worth it?
Hey all, I hear people raving about Skyrim non-stop on Facebook, on Steam, at school, everywhere. I checked the price, it's $60. There are plenty of games and other things I could buy with $60. My question is, do you guys feel it is worth it to buy Skyrim? I could use a new game to play, and it piqued my interest. Don't suppose anyone here already owns the game and could give me a first hand account of the gameplay? I only have one or two friends that own it so I would like a little more feedback from everyone else before I buy it (since I was thinking about spending the 60 dollars or so on some things for my car). Any thoughts, yea or nay? --Icon. Edit: So I decided to buy the game! Thanks for your feedback guys.

Ratman
If ratman existed in-game, his texture files would be inside the game data. No one has ever found ANY type of texture that even remotely looks like ratman. The game can't randomly make a ratman without data files.

I'm sick of random dispatches...
The traffic flow in the DL section is outdated. I got V5R2 from GPM. I downloaded the one from the DL section and opened the ini, it's the old version. I checked.

How do I uninstall LCPD
You should be able to install over just fine from what I know. To be safe, go to your GTA IV folder, find the Scripts folder, and delete anything that has lcpdfr or first response in the name. They'll be replaced when you install .95.

I'm sick of random dispatches...
// This variable controls how frequently emergency services will be dispatched throughout the city. // The variable is represented in the code as a 1 in [variable] chance of a dispatch occuring, // which happens every 15 seconds. To increase the chance that a dispatch will happen, decrease // the variable (do not go lower than 1), and to decrease the chance that a dispatch will happen, // increase the variable (you shouldn't need to go any higher than 100). // NOTE: The default value, 8, should provide for a balanced experience. If you experience crashes // which may be related to these dispatches, increase the variable. ChanceOfRandomDispatch = 8 I have Traffic Flow V5R2.

RAM not supported problem
it says ram not supported because we don't support problems when you have less than 2GB of RAM (or 2GB exactly). There's just not enough room to work with in most cases. The diagnostic tool should have even said "Do not report this."

I'm sick of random dispatches...
Well, there's Traffic Control System but I'm not sure how well it works compared to traffic flow. I use them both at once. EDIT: Edit the traffic flow ini not the lcpdfr ini. There should be no need to add that line to your trafficflow.ini file. It should already be there. LCPDFR does not dispatch firetrucks or ambulances. traffic flow does. Increase the variable to 100. Then there's a 1/100 chance per tick to get a dispatch.

Looks fake to me.

Game Crash on Prisoner Transport
I never knew ELS could cause problems like that. Perhaps ELS (as well as car mods?) used up most of your ram. Hard to say. Glad you found the problem, though.

Game Crash on Prisoner Transport

The part that get's me is this: "System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory" You running your game as an administrator?

Call outs
RC1 has more features and is more involved than .91. I would recommend RC1 myself but it's a user preference. RC1 isn't quite as stable as .91 but it's close.
-
no lights
Can we focus on one problem at a time, please? Or is that related to this somehow?
-
Call outs
Code 4 messages have been added in RC2, there's no fix in RC 1. You'll have to wait until RC2 comes out publicly.
-
no lights
There's a key code guide on the bottom of the ini. Find the key you want to replace M with (the Alt key must stay, can't change that) and find the numerical code for it. Then go back to the top and replace the # code for M with the key you want. Example, if you wanted alt + y rather than alt + m, use the numerical code for Y (89).
-
no lights
Change the keybinding in ELS.ini
-
no lights
Pres J K or L for the lights. Alt + M should open the panel.

Error in script "Trafficflow.liveries"!
I haven't had a single problem....

Please read
Then don't sync your account with .91. Keep in mind .95 RC1 is almost a stable version. It's a release candidate. In order to use crime stats you will need to install RC 1.
-
Please read
Download and install 0.95 RC 1. .91 is way outdated. EDIT: I assume you are using .91 since you've been gone a while and also are having the authentication bug because .91 uses an outdated method to communicate with the login server.

OJs Skins v1
Works now. Was probably being approved.
