KeepCalm makes my LSPDFR crashing before i can start shift...

I use LSPDFR Comes Alive, and it works. I believe it was updated for 0.4 as well. The events are random and I think it only targets them on your minimap and such when you are looking at the area when it takes place. I've had a situation with some lady doing a burnout and I think she was about to race another car, and another situation where a guy randomly started shooting some other guy on a sidewalk. You can change the settings in the files for how often they occur and such.

 

I'll probably have to use Stop the Ped for it's build in KeepCalm mechanic, it's one of the only plugins on this list I don't have installed.

i have Stop the ped installed..where i can set that the people get calm ? or is it default by just installing it ?

Controlling ped reactions is supposed to be a 0.4 feature.

With Stop The Ped the plugin page says that it's disabled when using with 0.4 because LSPDFR 0.4 apparently has it.

And peds in the area go crazy with gunshots, maybe that's just how it's suppose to be. It does work for me, but I do think it caused some crashes. I have pretty much disabled everything except the court system. I am still trying to get the correct mix of plugins/features, but by the time LSPDFR+ got updated there was a lot of overlap with other plugins. Not to mention LSPDFR itself, for example the AI is off because it's in 0.4 now.

 

Court system is cool tho, and seems to crash a *little* less

Peds around me seem ok, but gang bangers from off in the distance still go crazy. I had at least 10 people shooting at me once.

 

Also, the bangers constantly talking crap to the cops gets a little old, but I do like the feature. I just wish it would randomly happen.

 

What I DONT like is all the girls going "oh wow, hot car baby". It's just a Crown Vic, settle down sweetheart.

And for those that crash, just go F4, reloadAllPlugins, then ForceDuty

 

You don't usually have to restart GTA and/or go back to the station. Just so everyone knows...

 

The system should give you back your old uniform and old car, and you can also save your uni with a command. Super handy feature.

My keyboard commands dont work with LSPDFR .4.0 aside from M. Any ideas or suggestions?

Just wanted to say that even though UnitedCallouts works ( you wont crash lspfr) some callouts are bugged/not working . For example the stolen truck/tanker one didn't work for me and the truck never despawned and the red dot remained on the map after ending the callout.

Have a look at the lspdfr folder, there should be a file, called "keys.ini". Or you ran into a mod conflict.. However, ususally this seems to be a failed installation. Just install again.

LSPDFR+ has been updated and works now.

My, lspdfr just crashes when I start the game I reload it and it crashes again. It says I have two apartments I don't know if that has anything to do with it also when it starts the old character shows up even though I saved a cop character when I first played it after the new install it also indicates it crashed do a freeze. Can anyone give any direction? Thanks.

vehicle pack i use is - LSPD Vehicle Pack with Wheelan Libery ( ELS) 1.1

 

I also use a mod from the GTAV site called 'GTA comes alive!' This adds ambient small events you can deal with. Its by Darkmyre who has made mods for LSPDFR and this was made with LSPDFR in mind.

 

I also installed a mod called - Open All Interiors. Just makes some locations a bit more immersive.

 

The mods i want to try but seeking feedback for stability on are: 

Police/Cop Holster ( this has better hand-gun animations)

Spotlight

NSF gauges

BVA ( this is a mod that effects the doors on the car and also provides a seatbelt sound as well as engine state and indicators)

Clear The Way ( makes Traffic more compliment and moves aside better, not sure if this is needed now with 0.4)

 

So far ( touch wood) i havent had any strain or crashes regarding these. Only times it did play me up was conflicts of keys for various callouts or mods. That just needed me to reconfigure the keybindings so they didnt conflict and create multiple pop up menus at once.

 

The mods i really hope get updated for 0.4 are :

CalloutsV ( an actual 0.4 version as i know it kind of works right now)

Search Warrant or a good search mod ( we can search vehicle with STP using key 'G'close to a car. But imiss it interacting with the court evidence and being able to store stuff as evidence for cases.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bro I have the same exact setup like you, cop holster works just fine and interaction+ is a bit glitchy but otherwise most of the mods work fine, and also police search crashes the game so dont get it

Turn off your antivirus it will help my antivirus is a bitch it blocked out all the plugins

thanks, I see that it only works on certain cars. Question, why when I call transport my partner takes the suspect and my car and drvies away? is there a bug or seomthing?

Do you mean the transporting officer is taking your car when he/she leaves? If so, I haven't seen that before.

Agency callouts made my LSPDFR crash after ending welfare check callout. Have someone installed and tested that plugin without crashes?

@Canelo I play with that callout pack and I haven't crashed with it but about 50% of the callouts simply don't work. Good thing is, the mod author says he's coming with an update soon
