If so that might explain the crash issues I have been experiencing too. I can't seem to be able to play for longer than 5/10 mins lately without Rage crashing the whole game (not just LSPDFR crashing). I only have ELS, traffic policer and smart radio installed.

Mine works fine! make sure you have set up the xml`s , or just use EUP with it, and load it manually using F4.

I actually think there is still an issue with either traffic policer or smart radio affecting at least some people.

I just uninstalled both and have just played for over an hour without a crash, the longest I have been able to since installing them both. Even then I stopped it, probably could have gone longer. 

I might leave them both off for a while and then just put traffic policer on it's own to see how that goes.

Also, game's running fine but when I try to transport the prisoner to a station is crashing. By the look of it, no plugin is activated at the time of crash! Any experienced users could help, I'll appreciate that!

Police Search will cause crashes

When I pull over a car, and they take off, the car isn't getting a red blip and pursuit menu won't open during chase?.it does work during call outs just not during regular stops...anybody know problem or easy fixes?

I've tried two different download places. Unfortunately neither play nice with my LSPDFR. Oh well, it's just a radar script.

So every time I install Ultimate Backup, it crashes LSPDFR before I can even go on duty. Any thoughts?

its a change in 0.4. you now need to report crimes to dispatch, once a car takes off on you hold "B". you will see the blip start to flash and the usual pursuit begins

Adding cars to GTA 5 is not that easy. The best way imo is to use albos modding dlc. I have about 30 police add-ons with his mod

Hi everyone!

Finally got a chance to properly try out 0.4
Love the new stuff, especially the more sane pursuits, and the ability to call backup, and have them actually chase, and arrest the guy I am after.

 

I can see that quite a lot of the controls are different from the previous versions and I can not figure out how to do some things.

 

Like is there a way to put my hand on the gun and take it out of the holster like there used to be?

How do I yell at the suspects to stop their car during the pursuits? Will they actually consider stopping with the new pursuit logic?

 

How to access some of the unmarked vehicles, that no longer show up in the garage? Like the detective Stanier or the white highway patrol unit? And do those units never come as backup any more?

 

When I try to go on duty, sometimes I walk out of the Paleto Bay sheriff station, regardless of which station I walked in to. Is that supposed to happen?

 

Can anyone explain those to me, please? Any help appreciated!

 

Also, a little request for the devs 🙂.

Would it be possible to reduce the speed of the search animation and increase it for the flashlight animation? The latter, I think, is actually quite life threatening at the moment, like if you walk up to someone, with your flashlight out, and have to draw a gun fast, it takes forever for the character to put the flashlight away, and you are stuck during that time. The former, just to make it look nice, and more consistent with the other animations the character does.

Well, not for LSPDFR+ since albo hasn't updated that yet, but for computerplus it does work, only an xml file so..
