Judging by the available menus in the screenshot.  It looks like we may be able to manage callouts, plug-ins, and even characters through it.  Which is awesome if accurate.  Imagine being able to enable and disable callouts and plugins on the fly through a GUI instead of using the Rage Menu.

Tie that in with a keybind manager and I think @Sam and the team would get lots of < 3

So LSPDFR 0.3 tab is now LSPDFR again.
