    Just thought, maybe 0.4 is done but they are waiting for EUP to be fully finished for 8.0 but also els wouldnt need to be updated as it doesnt use the LSPDFR api but runs off scripthook it is a standalone script basically

    One issue I see if Rockstar was officially involved would be the lack of licensed equipment and vehicles.

    hmmmm well ye he probably has his social media on but he hasn't been marked online for five hours so I think it is safe to assume he currently is busy IRL or finishing 0.4 IDK
