It took me 17 minutes to reply to this topic, so I guess the "fix" made the problem even worse. After switching to tethering a few times, I finally managed to load this thread. It looks like I'm having issues with the Europe regionserver.

Hi. Since a few weeks the whole website is really slow. Mods pages take up to a few minutes to fully load. But it works perfectly fine when using tor, so the problem exists only with my home internet. Can you help me with that?

I already uninstalled every mod so I can have no problems with installation if 0.4 gets released. I suggest you to do the same thing.
