I just had a dream last night where LSPDFR 0.4 was released, that's how emotionally distressed I am

I’m new to lspdfr and I just finished installing first responder, ragehook, and all the plugins I wanted. I’m wondering if I need to start with a clean version of the game before installing 0.4. If so how do I do that lol.
