yes you will, uninstall or delete everything, re-download gta 5, and wait to see what is needed when the update hits.

I still have 0.3.1 and I'm not sure if you  have to start with a fresh new game but for some reason you do decide to start fresh,  I'm sure once 0.4 drops, it will have a README document located in file!

This topic is not here to show off in-game images/gameplay, use the gallery.  Furthermore, I'd like to remind everyone to re-read our rules.  They still apply in this thread.  Repeat offenders will be receiving warnings.

A quick question on version 0.4, will it be possible to make police escorts (transportation of prisoners who were arrested to the Bolingbroke penitentiary of Sandy Shores, transfer of funds, etc ....)

I am hoping for a February release date, but if it needs to be delayed to get things right, so be it. 

Let's all take a deep breath and rest assured that we're still committed to releasing 0.4 this month.
