  • Let's all take a deep breath and rest assured that we're still committed to releasing 0.4 this month.

  • Just as a heads up, I can't think of much that makes me grumpier than having to hide 24 nonsense posts after working without sleep on 0.4.  Lack of sleep I can deal with; people being idiots not

  • I've been informed we'll have to delay release by one day for each cat that is killed.

Never stop improving. Every day try to make yourself better than you were the day before. No matter what you are coming off of you got it brother.

I feel like this would be a great replacement for online IMO, since online for me has always been rubbish. I mod in single-player now, I get quite sad that I can't get things that online should've gave you through fair and fun progression.

Just adding the character customization, giving you the ability to interact with the mini-games that are present in GTA 5 (e.g the gun shooting range) is a great thing that the game needs, a dash of realism and interactivity for single-player. At least since now you can create your own custom character, and drop down into it instead of spawning as Any of the 3 characters and heading towards the LCPD.  It makes it feel like an official experience, which is what I've always desired out of a mod. I feel like it makes up in my mind atleast for the fact that I'm doing something other than just playing a mod when the time could be spent doing online or something, since I've nearly 100%'d.

So happy that character customization now isn't limited to an online only thing, which is really what made me yearn to play online in the first place. This mod will all I'll ever need lol

It's February 9th still waiting for the update...............O_o

Same here, just install some mods for now and wait, it will come for sure. 😅

I have been watching this quietly for some time now

Remember that little Soviet Easter egg, in the character selection screen, in the current version? The one where the NYSP trooper salutes and puts a winter hat on while the whole interface turns red?

Now, what if this update comes on the 23rd? That is the Soviet Army Day...

Wouldn't that be interesting?

Is there anyway to receive some kind of alert when it's been released? So I don't have to keep checking everyday. 🤔

18 more days, just check it for 18 more times! haha

I feel a little more worried about the mods i will need to run it such as Ragehook and ScripthookV which so far havent been updated to work with the latest GTA5 patch. Unless they are deliberately waiting for LSPDFR 0.4 before they update their Ragehook and ScripthookV. I know everyone says ' you dont need scripthookV to play LSPDFR but you do need it for the Trainers and some calloutpacks i believe so its fairly important. and Ragehook is the launcher so thats pretty important as right now its detecting the new GTAV update and wont run. 😞

LSPDFR doesn't and never has required ScripthookV. LSPDFR is dependent on Ragehook, which one of the main developers called @LMS works on both Rage and LSPDFR so it should be all good 🙂

You think maybe LMS is waiting for 0.4 to update Ragehook? Also i know you are right that LSPDFR doesnt need ScripthookV but the Trainer mods like Simple Trainer and a few others do? and surely Simple Trainer is a pretty important mod to edit things in-game, ie forceduty, rezzing cars etc?
