And why is that? Albos plugins are certainly some of the better ones out there. Care to explain why you seem to think otherwise?

As I recall, there have been threads reporting poor game performance relating to Albo's plugins. Of course, it's been a while since I've seen those threads, so I'm not sure if it's been resolved by Albo.

  • Let's all take a deep breath and rest assured that we're still committed to releasing 0.4 this month.

  • Just as a heads up, I can't think of much that makes me grumpier than having to hide 24 nonsense posts after working without sleep on 0.4.  Lack of sleep I can deal with; people being idiots not

  • I've been informed we'll have to delay release by one day for each cat that is killed.

This is correct, it's the one thing that makes me more excited for this update than anything else.... I get up to 80fps solid when none of Albo's plugins are present and 40-35 fps when they are! Not to say I don't very much appreciate his hard and valuable work, but for some of us that can run GTA V at Very High- Ultra high with 60FPS I think that it's a bit unfair when a non ENB series mod with no prior warning about inducing performance issues reduces your frame rate to a brain churning level! It probably isn't acceptable to say that I should get a better PC  when the base game runs perfectly, and my GPU CPU MEMORY performance levels all are indicating bellow 70% at the times of the 35-40 FPS dips.

More of a reason why I'm excited for 0.4, as a lot of the features present in Albo's plugins are included.

Speaking of 0.4, I'm very  excited with the ability to personalize my own departments around San Andreas. I've painstakingly had to figure that out for myself with the departments I've skinned for the game, and, while I've achieved it (more or less), I end up relying on old plugins that undoubtedly add to the drop in framerate. Having it all combined into one plugin will hopefully make a huge difference.

I could not agree more buddy! It's been long over due. That's awesome that you did all your own Departments. must have taken a heck of a long time 😕. I can't wait for the character switch feature 😄 ! They really have gone above and beyond with this one. It reminds me allot of the way Rockstar themselves deal with game releases. It's all about quality not quantity.... I don't mind not getting an update or new toys from LSPDFR team for 2 years as long as when we do get it, it is everything I dreamed of and more. Welp' I mean we haven't actually seen the finished product yet but something tells me it's gonna be huge 🙂

Did you ever happen to do some skins for the 2014 Ford Interceptor Utility by Desmond 98, love this vehicle!

Not to brag, but eheh, I guess you can say that I did a couple.

This looks epic, can't wait! Sounds like it's going to act like a standalone game! Love it.

100% agree with this, Having used Albo's plugins and been present whilst he developed his serverside scripts you can see the immense hard work he's put into them. And i'm glad the lspdfr team have focused some of these features into the core modification.

I literally can't wait for 0.4. Sounds amazing. If only there was a way to speed up time..

@Cyan Probably a obvious question, How do we go about changing our LSPDFR name? I remember mines was my Rockstar or Steam name IIRC.

If LSPDFR 0.4 has all these awesome features built in, think what its going to inspire Mod Devs to create especially Allbo.

Never had this issue whatsoever. Very strange.
