If you're experiencing problems with compatibility, create a fresh game folder without any other modifications or plugins, add RDE, and then start adding from there. That way you'll know what mod is causing issues.

Be aware, default sirensettings values have changed, so lighting may not work correctly for replaced vehicles.

Thanks but I'm running a clean copy and mods folder. It's saying "not compatible with SSR" but I disable that and it still doesn't work. Going to keep troubleshooting and try to figure this out.

This is absolutely fantastic. I've only had the chance to mess around a bit with it in LSPDFR, but it's such a change for the good. The variety and possibilities for your patrols are massively expanded! Want to be Port Police and drive around in a cruiser or motorbike finding smugglers or such? Go do that, with Port Authority Police uniforms and vehicles. Want to protect the airport? LSIA Police. And it doesn't end there, the NOOSE PIA, SE, etc add so much patrol possibility, catching illegal immigrants or stopping terror. It's an overhaul I can't live without in GTA V

Dear God did 3.1 live up to the hype. It's fantastic. But my question now is, since you guys didn't include it in your announcements and changelogs, are the new motor units vehicles not included in the current wanted system (i.e. there but to be implemented in future wanted system mechanics, like the K9 units)?

Motorcycle units are a WIP.

LSPDFR is the only mod I am running alongside RDE and the game crashes upon loading.

did you do a fresh install with the mods folder

nope nevermind. It's rage plugin hook that's not compatible with this mod.

Just a quick question, i have tried to find out before commenting. Is this update the one that included ELS vehicles? I assume its not but just want to double check.

I haven't tried all of the vehicles but the ones I have tried are non-ELS

Thanks, I heard a couple weeks ago they a re planning making ELS vehicles and got excited that it was this release. I know it will take a lot of work so i kind knew it wouldnt be this early.

For those having trouble with LSPDFR: I had the same issue with LSPDFR crashing on start up. I simply disabled SSR (F9+Right Ctrl), reloaded the plugin via the console (default is F3, I believe) and it worked fine.

same. I am in the middle of installing a fresh copy of gta v to see if that fixes it.

Yes, sorry if it got your hopes up. Retro and ELS were announced a while back, and now with 3.1 out of the way, should resume progress. If you haven't already, feel free to join the RDE Discord to see the latest, as @11john11 is back to work with Retro, and I'll be getting back to ELS stuff as soon as things calm down again.

No worries, so much effort has been put into this mod and it really shows.
