Wow! Those visible tickets and permits look awesome!

Will it be possible to customize them somewhat? For example, parking in Paleto Bay where evidently the permits and tickets wouldn't have the LS City logo or such, etc!

    Stellar work!
Below are some images of LA Parking Passes and such in case they help!

You will be able to edit all the textures that are in it in the next version (with the current text positions though!). For further updates you will be able to change the text positions as well! As you mentioned you already can fully customize where parking meter/ticket/nothing will be shown for basically every inch of the map.
What I could do is implement more parking permit textures for zones like Del Perro etc. That would not be too difficult, I'd just slap some basic textures on it and everyone can customize & upload for their needs. I'll put that on my todo list!

And to everyone, please be aware, I currently have my exams for university, so the next update might take another week or so 🙂

Small WIP update for today, release probably this weekend:
    - Parking meters are fully integrated now
    - You can decide if a zone should require pay & display, no payment, or parking meter payment now!
    - Permits for Los Santos and Blaine County integrated
    - Small fixes within the code
    - You can now edit probabilities in the ini!
    - You can select if you want the new textures or the old display for tickets etc.

    TODO:
    - Fix some bugs basically

    Completely redid the Zone editor!
You now can set an entire zone to for example "No payment required" now and declare smaller zones within that having assigend a different type!
In this example: Rockford Hills is set to "No ticket required". Vehicles in Rockford hills don't need to pay for parking in generl. Within the blue circle placed on the parking meters however, parking meter payment is required and vehicles will pay through meter!
Like that you can theoretically customize the entire map! I will provide a customized Streets.xml with smart zone placement! You can edit this system ingame in real time!

@OfficerAlfa1561I plan to put different permits for different regions 🙂 The Blaine County one is already in there 😛 You can basically put any texture in there yourself. You have to keept in mind though that the text generated by the game will stay in its original place. If I have a lot of time at hand I will make the text movable ingame so one can fully customize it.

    Hello people!

This is a thread to discuss about, request functions & support and show WIP development for my plugin BasicParkingEnforcement!
Feel free to put anything you have in your mind in the comments!

What is going into the next release?
    - Texture based tickets/parking meters/permits (more on that below)
    - Way to select if you want the textures or ticket etc. display we have now in the ini
    - Being able to set streets as parking meter streets (texture included)
    - Adding parking permits in addition to pay&display tickets (randomly ;))
    - Ability to set probabilities for expired/no ticket/attack/etc. in the ini
    - ...

So to start this off, what do you think of having textures like these instead of the display over the map?:

!!I will remove the "Expires time" on the permit and just leave the date, just wanted to put this out here!

I will update this thread whenever there is something new to show 🙂

    Link to the plugin:

    Have a great day! 🙂

This is absolutely fantastic. I've only had the chance to mess around a bit with it in LSPDFR, but it's such a change for the good. The variety and possibilities for your patrols are massively expanded! Want to be Port Police and drive around in a cruiser or motorbike finding smugglers or such? Go do that, with Port Authority Police uniforms and vehicles. Want to protect the airport? LSIA Police. And it doesn't end there, the NOOSE PIA, SE, etc add so much patrol possibility, catching illegal immigrants or stopping terror. It's an overhaul I can't live without in GTA V

Files? RDE works like a charm with LSPDFR without any extra files. Install the LSPDFR Backup.xml addon and you're all good to do. And if you have extra plugins, there's configs for Arrest Manager, Automatic Roadblocks, Better EMS, Custom Backups, Police Smart Radio, Cop Holster,  and even Simple Trainer, which lets you spawn the added vehicles and peds through the "Added vehicles menu" and the "Added peds menu".

And if you're wondering why RDE in general is great for LSPDFR users, here's why:

One of the amazing features of RDE is the huge amount of new law enforcement agencies, departments, vehicles and peds.

You have plain old LSPD and LSSD, but with a ton of more vehicles and way better textures. Then you have other, smaller departments within Los Santos like the Airport Police and Port Police, and you even have the BCSO outside of Los Santos, the Blaine County Sheriffs Office.

You have state agencies like SAHP (Highway Patrol) and SASP (State Parks), as well as SADCR (Corrections).

And, you of course have federal agencies, like FIB and FIB Marked Police, NOOSE SEP, NOOSE PIA and NOOSE TRU. You even have the US Air Force Police in the game.

Remember that all of this is in addition to the coast guard, fire departments, medical services and military. All of the agencies, departments, vehicles and peds do spawn ingame, and you almost don't have to do anything. Install the .oiv auto installer using the custom software and OpenIV, and you're good to go.

I use RDE with my LSPDFR game because I get a much more realistic experience, and the opportunity to play as and with much more than just LSPD and LSSD. It's all lore friendly and is amazing even for people that care alot about the details. If you were to do this yourself, add this many vehicles, peds, and spawn area, you'd probably sit for "a few" hours, trust me ;)

Pretty much none. I've edited my answer and given you the complete list. All major LSPDFR plugins that could put RDE parts to use have compatible configs.

Technical issues on LCPDFR.com, release here will be delayed by 30 - 60 mins; gta5-mods upload is almost done, then it's a matter of waiting for a moderator to approve it.
