I'm currently in East Los Angeles, borderline between L.A. City and L.A. County.

Orange County California here! Some great looking units too, CHP, OC Sheriff, local city agencies, and LASD and LAPD, hard to find a cop car that is not decked out to the max. 

Bay Area, California. We get lots of local agencies as well as CHP. I rarely see any SFPD, although I don't go to San Francisco very often.

I think the point of this topic is that there is no point to this topic. It's a backwards mentality with the sole purpose of mind boggling everyone into wondering what the point is, when in reality there is no point at all. It's absolutely brilliant! (Not really lol)
