  1. Lol, the music added to the video made my day.
  2. That's true. Your comment reminded me that Anchorage doesn't have skyscrapers as Los Angeles does. But, the mountains that you can see in the background from the city is similar to that of Anchorage.
  3. That makes sense because the palm trees would have to be changed and the Sandy Shores area would have to be changed from sand to another material. As well as other things. You could also pretend that things belong in the area because there are a type of palm tree in Alaska as well as beaches.
  4. As everyone knows the world of Grand Theft Auto V is based on Los Angeles and parts of California. But I was thinking that it could also work out as an Alaskan setting. Sure, the beaches, deserts and palm trees don't seem right, but you could fit it in someway or another. Los Santos could work out to be a larger city such as Anchorage, the highways that run along both sides of the map could work out to be the Seward Highway, and the areas such as Paleto Bay, Paleto Forest, Mount Chiliad, and others would fit in well as wildlife areas. You also have rivers, and oceans which would also work very well for an Alaskan setting. And, you could change the weather to represent winter or summer which would also make sense. Plus some of the people in the community are learning how to create textures and sirens which could eventually be created for an Alaskan setting. This is just my two cents, but I was wondering what other people think and their opinions about whether this could work out or not.

  6. Thank you for the help everyone.
  7. Would I be able to use the badge on another Crown Victoria?
  8. Would anyone happen to have the earlier Crown Victoria badge that I could use on a model? I've attempted on creating one myself, but it didn't work out. Edit: I wouldn't mind if it's a photo or a development resource.
  9. 1 - If someone is going to shoot at me, I'm going to shoot at them. 2 - I would steal it from them and eat it, and then pay for it. 3 - I would place her under arrest. 4 - I would write them a ticket and recommend they rent a hotel room. 5 - I would tase them.
  10. Luckily, Carman is working on a High Definition New York Police Department texture pack. High Definition Texture Pack [Work In Progress]: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Edit: I spelled Carman's name incorrectly as Cartman. It should now be fixed.
  11. The textures look great. I'll be glad when I'm able to replace the standard textures with these ones. Keep up the work.

  13. I must be the largest noob of all time. Thank you for the help.
  14. Long story short, I'm attempting to create a Wisconsin State Patrol vehicle. I'm using Kevin's Federal Signal Arjent, but I need to make the light bar completely clear so it has the Wisconsin State Patrol style and when activated has the blue and red lights. I already have the top of the light bar clear, but I need to have the actual lights themselves to be clear too while also being able to flash blue and red. If this makes no sense I don't blame you.

  16. I found one that was released in 2010, but I doubt that it would be compatible since it was released five years ago. Otherwise, I haven't seen one that has been publicly released. Also, you could use the Buffalo from the Liberty City Police Department Pack, and then replace the liveries. (That's the closest you could get as of now.) 17. I would love to visit California, but I don't think it would suit me to live there.
  18. What will be included in the next version?
