First ingame test, crashed the first tries, but I found the problem and here we go:

Glad to see feedback like this. Would've never thought that an Altima made such an impact :D   @Hystery: yea well, hm... Actually I'm not planning on doing it, but I actually don't hesitate to give

well, the civilian version is intended to replace the Pinnacle, since that's pretty much a vehicle based on the Altima...

Well, I'm not really a lightbar crack and don't know that much about it. I have just taken a lightbar here from LCPD:FR, it's a Federal Signal Vector by F5544 and Lt.Caine. Some textures weren't applied in those screenshots though.

I have also been thinking of simply making the police version without any real police equipment (read: Lightbars, interior equipment) and just finish all the body changes, then people can add new lightbars, etc...

Yea, I think I know what you mean, at least I have noticed something as well, which I think is the same thing.

Talking about this?

I'm not really content with the rims though, I have never managed to make good rims, so the ones you saw on the latest screens... Actually they were placeholders, but maybe they do make it into the final version, to be honest.

Next thing I'm gonna do is probably a little antenna on the back of the roof and possibly those mudguards.

Edit: ^scratch that

Yes, that's the thing I was talking about. That seems very accurate! Outstanding model so far

-snip-

Unfortunately I didn't really find any detail shots of it, but I have to say it looks good imo...

And thanks for all your input and comments, makes the work easier. I haven't worked on it since I've added those mudguards, but maybe (no promise) the non-ELS and unlocked model will be up tomorrow.

I cannot wait! It looks fantastic. I've finally managed to get GTA IV working again so once it's released I'll place it in Police4.  Pity it's not ELS though, since the NYPD has a very nice light set up, particularly on their newer 2011 Altima's. BxBugs123 uses these for his 2013 Impala:

-Lighting Equipment: Whelen SlimLighter, Whelen LIN6, Whelen 600 Series 5mm LED

-Other Equipment: FedSig SmartSiren, FedSign Message Board Controller,

-Extra Parts: (Lightbar Federal Signal Vision SLR & Whelen LED Message Board

It probably means more to you than me, but in case you wish to create an ELS model as well, although I know that the Altima doesn't have the Federal Signal Vision SLR,

Does this one look right? Because the lighter below is the: Federal Signal LED Vision SL

Unlocked NYPD Altima Hybrid now available in the first post. It's not as finished as I wanted it to be... Most signifcant downside is no multi-livery support, but it's unlocked and I'm pretty sure some guys here can handle that easily. Otherwise I'll probably update it this weekend (No promises here). Interior equipment lacks a little aswell (hell, it's just the Toughbook I have added in there). But, It's enough for you guys to work with, so there it is.

Oh man I'm gonna have a field day with this. Thanks SkylineGTRFreak! You've made LC/NYC that much more realistic with this release.
