    Update:
As some might have seen already, I have released a new version with armored window frames and beadlock wheels as well as some minor modifications. That version also featured full LOD levels, so I updated the regular Suburban as well. Those are not just copied L0 meshes. The Secret Service variant also includes the .meta files for sirensettings, bulletproof wheels, bullet resistant glass, etc...

The download comes with .z3d and .ytd file, as well as templates in case of the regular Suburban. Credits are inside a Readme file.

Okay, here it is. Wanted to share it here, because I think you guys may make good use of this. I just did this, so I can make an armed version with M134 on top. But I haven't seen a '08 Suburban around and since it's a quite popular Law Enforcement vehicle, I thought it'd be a shame to keep this to myself.
    After responses in this thread:
I saw that there really is some interest, so I did some edits and want to release it now. Let me copy the features of the other thread in here again:
-Includes full detailed exterior and interior with modelled doorsills (not just a "plain" connection between bodyshell and chassis)
    -Undercarriage and engine modelled
    -All standard lights working
    -Steering wheel and dials working
-Dials and buttons illuminated at night
    -Bulletholes and glass shatter
-suspension and transmission as working, seperate objects
    -Dirt mapped
    -Includes L0 and L1 ONLY (+wheel meshes for L2/L3)
-2 version: One standard version and one for wiper support

On top of that I have now assigned the bodyshell to paint3 shader for livery support and mapped the body properly. I have included one wireframe template (2048x2048), one transparent template with only the doors white (you can add background color as you desire) and car_sign_1 is a simple black with white doors template.
Regarding the template: Front wheel arch contains backside of the bumpers and rear wheel arch contains the doorsills (so you know what they are and how you want to paint them)

Remapped the Dolphin textures onto a single template to allow multi livery:

The black/dark gray parts are allso more matte now when compared to the rest of the body.

Alright folks, I guess we finally have it... Been waiting on the Cadillac One since like... forever. Even for IV we only ever had the old DTS (which wasn't that great anyway, but...). Well, I have just recently acquired a newly released model of the presidential state car from Humster3D. Worry not, I have paid extra to get a game optimized mesh, so I don't have to bring a whopping 800k poly model into the game. The model was funded by me and someother people wanting to finally see it ingame.
The model itself features the exterior with wheels, seperated doors and low detailed interior. The model is well made with clean geometry (my first Hum3D model).
So, here is my project plan:
-Wait for the optimized Mesh to arrive (either today or tomorrow)
-Implement an engine (probably gonna use some generic GM or Escalade parts, nothing too fancy)
-Detailed interior(dasboard) (again, probably gonna use Escalade as reference)
    -Realsitic wheel textures
    -Baggage compartment
    -Texturize the lights and emblems
-Some minor undercarriage model/texturing (suspension parts, exhaust, things like that)

However, I am still stuck in my exams phase, so don't expect this to be finished within the next 3 weeks. I just thought I'd to create this thread to let people know I'm on it before someone else perhaps goes and also pays for the model, which would be quite... unfortunate. If desired, I can already post some pics of the high-poly mesh in ZModeler.

I have no idea how long it might take LSPDFR 0.4 to be released. If it happens to be released before Coastal Callouts, then I'll have to postpone my release to update it. But I think that's very unlikely given the slow pace of LSPDFR development, and I'm not going to sit around waiting for no reason. I've kept you all hanging long enough!

As Lewis mentioned, the Super Puma has been integrated to the Coastal Callouts DLC, although it will also be released publicly by Skyline as a separate download sometime soon. I am working on some mountain rescue callouts as we speak! There are already a few callouts that aren't only coast guard related, and I have a few others like that planned. It'll be "Mostly Coastal But Also Other Stuff I Thought Was Fun Callouts".

Rear doors and door sills finished. Cut down polies from 250k to 125k for the L0 model. (with rear interior finished, it should end somewhere at ~150k, the LOD models will be properly optimized with way less polygons).

nah. at least not like vanilla gta v flags. Maybe a work-around or just as static extra. Don't know yet. And I will possibly add rearward shooting teargas grenades...

And well, since the Beast(s) is/are currently in my hometown, here's a little video: (ya'll got any more of them police cars?!) (Oh and note that those are the previous gen limos, so the 3d model looks different when compared to those)

Alright, first time I have it ingame and I gotta say... I think it looks quite good. So far I have mapped the lights with proper textures, created Goodyear textures for the tires and did a few model adjustments. Well, and materials of course. So far the body is not mapped and properly calculated, hence why you might see some odd reflections. And the rear wheels are too far back. Buuut like I said, first test.

Alright, took a bit longer than 2 business days, but today I have recieved the optimized mesh with 67k polies. Model is (again) very cleanly (is that word?) made. I am probably gonna merge some parts of the high quality mesh into this one for the LOD model (high poly grille, emblems and tires)

Edit: Also, has anyone some... rough measurements? I took Obamas Beast and tried to estimate the size by seeing Obama stand next to it and think it's roughly 1.8m high.

Ah yea, that was something I wanted to look up anyway (the location of the lights, etc). Don't know if I'll make ELS, but it will be unlocked anyway, so if I don't do it, someone else can.

Oh and I forgot to mention: LODs, dirt mapping and stuff like that will be made as well of course.
