Nope, they use the Smart Siren. SFPD uses the Touchmaster.

Depending on how often I'm going to play the game, determines if I will get it digitally, or look for it on a disc.
GTA IV is one I have on disk, but also a digital download from GameStop online. If I ever lose or destroy my disc (somehow) I can install the digital version.
 
But, I do prefer disc, since if the need arises to uninstall and re-install to fix either some modding errors, or missing files (for whatever reason) the disc is there, and it's instant, and can normally be done without being connected to the Internet. Digital (mainly Steam) if you need to "verify" your game files, and it finds there is some that don't match the original ones (mods requiring same file name, but a different version), then you need Internet to re-download/ "verify" the files.
 
As for GTA V & what Xbox I use: I don't
Only console I've ever had is PS2. I'll be waiting for GTA V on PC to be released.

Is that a serious question? It is required in order to be hired as a police officer. You think that you just walk into the police department and say "I want to be a cop" and they hand you a badge and a gun and tell you to grab the closest police car and hit the streets? The police academy is where police officers are initially trained to be police officers then they usually go through even more training out in the field with more senior officers who train them even more. There is not a single agency in the U.S. where going to the police academy is not a requirement and it has been that way for several decades.

I find that statistic hard to believe, or at least very misleading. I am willing to bet that statistic even includes officers who are just a couple of pounds overweight or guys who are just big, muscular guys who are technically overweight but not really. I would like to know how they define overweight and what are they using as a measurement. In the Army we have many guys who are way over their height/weight limit but they are by no means fat, they just are very big guys who go to the gym a lot. That is why the Army will measure your waist and neck to see if you are fat or just big.

To say the least, I would pretty much follow what LukeD wrote.
For me, despite the long download times, I would go with a digital download copy of the game. Besides, I don't think I'll ever want to sell GTA V. It's something that I think I will want to keep around for a long time.

This is a difficult question, I'll try and make it simple for you:
 
Hard copy:
+ Got a relic to put on your shelf of games (I enjoy seeing a wall of games rather than a list on steam)
+ If you lose the internet or lose your digital account or whatever, you can easily reinstall as you have the disk
+ Paper copy of the map to put on your wall because why the fuck not
+ New disk smell
+ the joy of ripping open the stupid security sticker and hearing that oh so satisfying "click" of the case opening, as you launch plastic wrapping everywhere
 
- Disk can be scratched = fucked
- Disk/serial can be lost = fucked
- Reinstalling takes FOREVER
 
Steam/Digital copy:
+ Always got it if you move PC
+ Can easily unfuck the game (steam verify cache etc)
+ No disks or shit to mess around with
+ Linked to your account so you can install it elsewhere
+ Steam overlay...let's be honest it's quite handy at times (*other brands may not be as handy, see your own personal opinion on digital games launchers for more details)
 
- Install the game? Nope gotta wait 13,124 hours to download the game, only to find out when it hits 99% that the download failed due to a really slight interruption in your internet. Have to repeat
- No sense of joy when you own the game, just pure frustration waiting for the download, then the install, then the client to say "oops no, 100 patches first lol"
- Lose all sense of excitement when you go to the shop/it gets delivered in the post because your already bored waiting for it to download.
- No refunds or ability to sell it on

Steam, you will have it forever, automatic updates, you cant "lose" the disk, the list goes on and on. i find no reason whatsoever to use a hard copy.

Eh, I'd download it from Steam. Sales and stuff.

I don't agree..I am a Muslim and that is not what we do. I'm not even sure why there are people in this world who are still saying this about certain religions. Why can't people just mind their own religions and leave other peoples' religions alone. Why are people saying bad things about islam anyway like "we murder non-believers" or like "we are terrorists" THAT IS NOT TRUE!

Wow After seeing this video i ask myself why would a parent Put there kids endanger by running.
 
1) This could have been all avoided if she just accept the ticket and fight it in court.
 
2) by law a officer can Command you out of your vehicle no matter what....
 
3) If you having a issue with a officer. Its best to Request another officer on since or supervisor to handle the issue! or just go in front of the judge. a  speeding ticket is nothing to go to jail for.
 
4) once you see your kid trying to attack the police officer . the mother is the one that Provoke the chain cause if she just listen to the cop and not ran back into the car and resisting the officers orders . now those lods are gonna are gonna have a bad idea of the cops now.. ont op if the  14 year old kid have a record
 
5) as for the 1 cop shooting it seemes he was aiming for the tires as he didnt blindly shoot. by the angle and position he got into . you can see he is trying to take the tires out.... maybe..  No I dont think he should have use this weapon. i believe he was to much caught up in his officers jumping back, and the lady running and he panic at the last action.
 
6) the officer that was on his own before back up showed up did everything fine. the video Fully shows he was calm untill the lady started to resist his orders....
 
 
So in overall in what i think is ! the mother is Clearly a Dumb*** for running and could have taken the ticket and went about her way! instead her action cause a chain event and trigger 3 crimes for no reason from speeding ticket to Evading a officer , Endangering Childs life, and her son Charge with Assault to police officer....  again the back up  officer did Over react and dont think he should lose his job.... in the video you didn;t see the windows get hit or the trunk i think he was trying to take out the tires so the pursuit can end quickly.. and on top of that.. Didnt seem he knew there was kids in the vehicle... so please keep that in mind!..
