You grab the window template, delete the anything within the window frame, apply a black color to it with the opacity level of your choice (where 0 is fully transparent and 255 is fully solid, for a really tinted window I'd use 245) once you've applied that, you select the window sticker and just copy paste it over the black translucent window.
 
If you want the image to be translucent as well, you need to apply a fully black color with the opacity of 255 (so it's solid), then apply your image where you want it to be. You can make that image black and white with Paint.NET's built it tool if you want it, or you can do whatever you want with it. When you're done, select the whole black area with the image as well and with the trasparency tool change the opacity to 245 or whatever you want.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try AI Traffic Fluidity & Discipline, it looks good from the videos. Although I hope it won't change the handling.meta since I have a lot of mods there.
I also use traffic policer with lspdfr's traffic stop feature.

Did some more work, reduced alot of the polys on the rear door (not going to post the numbers this time) and changed it form the EL (or what ever the longer badge is) to the more commonly used shorter on.

A marked LAPD CVPI from you would be pretty badass. I've been contacted by 3 people so far making LAPD CVPIs, only 1 of them were showing progress.
With you, we know it'll be released and it'll be nice.

I'll probably work on an LAPD Vic next. 

Amazing job on the cars. I love how you didn't forget about the side markers on the Charger. Also loving the new taillights on the CVPI.
 
What's next on the list?

I am working on a modification, that will increase the distance of a lightbar brightness.
This is what I have so far.
 
It is a combination of few mods. If people are interested, I'll pack all the necessary files together and release it as a standalone modification.
