Just as a note: you will have to disable avast! antivirus' shields before downloading the automatic installer. It detects it as a suspicious item and blocks it from downloading, but there isn't anything harmful in the file (obviously). Probably applies to other AV software as well.

  • You might not have noticed, but everyone has ignored your trolling.  That doesn't mean you get to post more until someone reacts.

  • Nobody has destroyed your new year.  You need to either use the manual install or disable your anti virus program from preventing the automatic install being unzipped or executed.

  • It's also not going to be fixed...it's a problem with antivirus software, not the mod.

Your ISP does something evil and injects HTML into our update checker page. Our server could literally never return that response otherwise.

I have Comcast, so doing something evil is expected; I absolutely fucking hate this pop-up, is there ANY fix for this.

Wee woo wee woo wee woo

Mmm. Not really in that build. I guess we could in the future make the update checker use SSL or add an INI value to disable update checks in the future. I'll try and make sure one of these is done in the next release or next bugfix release.

What about the translations? I want to translate my own LCPDFR to the spanish. Please.

There are still logistical problems involved with this. It is however on the horizon.

Continuing with the ongoing development of LCPD First Response - a process which has been going on for about five and a half years now, we're excited to announce the release of the next installment in the 1.0 series, 1.0d.

LCPDFR 1.0d brings with it a number of fixes and new features. For the first time, we've also put together a comprehensive on-line guide to the new release, hopefully giving everyone more accessible information about what LCPDFR 1.0d can do, and how you can use it and this is accessible here: https://www.lcpdfr.com/page/guide.html

Among the new features added in LCPDFR 1.0d are water pursuits, red laser Tasers, multiple partners, and all new Quick Action Menu.  As always, we've taken the opportunity to fix several bugs and to increase overall stability.  For those of you who play GTA IV Multiplayer, you'll be pleased to know that improvements have been made with regards to multiplayer compatibility too.

Again, this release, along with various changes that have been happening on the website are part of a wider flurry of activity that is taking place right now at LCPDFR.com.   Of course, with this release, the focus will soon shift back to the website, and more details about that can be found in my news post from last month: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

We hope you enjoy LCPDFR 1.0d,

Sam

Problems with the automatic installer downloads?  Your anti-virus may be detecting them as false-positives: either disable your anti-virus momentarily or use the manual installation instead.

Ty i cant play it because when i try to extract it it writes to me what its broken file... Ty very much for destroyng my new year...

Unfortunately still getting the same errors as 1.0c... Probably even more. And the new QAM is a bit confusing and doesn't seem to  work very well on my controller. It looks nice though.

Ah well, it was worth a shot!

Avast has been blacklisting the LCPDFR Diagnostic tool and the zip file for me too, but I've whitelisted it. Running LCPDFR Diagnostic Tools as administrator helps too.

NICE !!!!! updated and i am playing 1.0d  :) :)  its a good end of the year :)

1.0d is great! best update yet..  I love the marine pursuits. The only problem I have are the SirenStrobeLights not working for me. I am playing on a clean installation with no car mods and also I have enabled them in the settings file, but when I go in game only the sirens light up.. no head and tail lights wig wags... can anyone help?

Can anyone explain to me, how I reload my settings or changes so that they show up in game? When I upgraded to this update and was setting it up in the config. it said "type reloadsettings" to make effects take place. I tried typing that in the computer in the car and nothing happened.

Thank you

You'll need to open the ScriptHook console with the 'tilde' key (or if you live in Sweden (Ö)).
