How would you currently rate LCPDFR as a whole?

LCPDFR is the wrost mod ever! This sucks, I would so much rather play other cool mods like Spongebob and zombie mod than lame LCPDFR. Boo!!

I'm joking, sam you've done fantastic job with this mod, keep up the good work.

i maide better mod wid javascript, follow me plz.

 

Nah, in all seriousness though its really good, it has some room for improvement but then again nearly everything made does.

I rate it 100000000/5.

 

It's pretty good in my opinion, enjoyable, fun.

 

I just wish we could keep the wheels turned on the car so we can look cooler while on patrol.

 

 

LCPD:FR is a awesome modification for GTA IV. Without it, GTA IV would just be nothing. It's fun being something else than just Niko the guy who gets released from prison after all the stuff he does.

its fun when it doesnt crash but honestly its the best mod thats out there and it has a great modding community. i would like to see where it will be in 5 more years it definitely should be interesting

It's good (when it works properly), but the crashing every two minutes makes it almost unplayable. 

LCPD:FR is crap, should never have been crated at all! Just kidding =P I voted a 4, it's an amazing mod definitely is the first time GTA has has been changed from a criminal aspect to a law aspect. Although there is some room for improvement (which will come in due time) it would be perfect if the GTA itself was cooperative and was a good port.

 

I do have to give applause to Sam, LMS and the rest of the Development team because they have created something that is genius and a must have for the PC version of GTA 4

I just hate LCPDFR! what the hell were they thinking? CRAP! Just Kidding! LOL Its is one of the best THE BEST modification ever made for GTA 4. I would've never indulged myself  too much in GTA 4 and modding if not for LCPDFR.

 

I know there is still more room for improvements but on a personal note I would rate it 100/5.

Definitely a 4. Always room for improvement. Just depends on game limitations. 

LCPDFR is alright. I voted 3 because with ELS8 and LCPDFR it's difficult to play a full hour without crashing (if someone's able to do it, PM me your setup?) and each crash generally annoys me because I'm usually in the middle of a pursuit and just catching up to the suspect when it crashes.

I think it's great now, but I can see 1.0D is coming out, and from the looks of it will include a marine patrol. We'll have to wait and see, but it seems to be improving.

LCPDFR is not perfect and there can always be room for improvement. Just as with any other mod or script. LCPDFR is the only reason I play GTA 4 to be honest. It has came an extremely long way since it first came out! LCPDFR gets a 10/5 from me!

Are we discussing the modification or website? Either way;

 

1. The website is very good, furthermore with the recent development improvements should improve the experience further.

 

2. I have had very limited use of the LCPDFR modification. From what I experienced it was far better than V0.95.

I have to be honest. It's the only reason I bought GTA IV for the pc. I mean, who needs 3 copies of the same game ( 2 for ps3 )

 

Yeah there's room for improvement, but then again, there always is.

The LCPDFR modification can always get better, but for a modification that is developed for free and as a hobby, it's quite darn good. I can imagine quite a few sales of GTA IV is because of G17 Media. 

It can get a tiny bit better, but people, HATS OFF!!!!1  It's so enjoyable because of all the different parts featured in it.

I gave it a 4. Mostly because I'm generous. There's lots of room for improvement. The random errors, the incompatibility with other mods, even designed to work with LCPDFR just makes me not want to play. For now I've turned off random world events in Policehelper as well as Ambient Scenarios for LCPDFR, just to avoid the most common errors. Still, I get random script crashes which force me to reload, or even restart the game.

 

All these issues aside though, I do think that conceptually, LCPDFR is easily the best mod created for GTA IV, ever.

 

Here's to hoping that the next version will be more stable, and more compatible with other mods.

Je ai donné un 4 à LCPDFR ( comme la plupart de tout le monde faisait ) parce que ce est un mod génial et à mon avis , si LCPDFR ne est pas venu autour , GTA IV ne serait pas ce qu'elle est aujourd'hui !

As most above have stated, I gave it a 4 as well. It is a great mod that I just happened to stumble on watching videos on youtube, and did some research and found out about what LCPDFR was and what I needed to play it. I think that if the bugs can get worked out to where it wont crash, then it will be THE perfect mod. I am not a big GTA fan, and honestly LCPDFR was the ONLY reason I decided to buy GTA4. My hats off to the developers of it and I cant wait to see whats in the future for this mod since I am addicted lol. And to all the the other modders, thank you for your hard work and time to make some outstanding addon mods to an already awesome mod. My hats off to you all
