This topic is just going to turn into a "My country is better then yours because..." flame war. What do you even hope to accomplish here? This is an opinionated subject and we don't need to crush the international-friendly environment of LCPDFR's forum. I've been on forums where people absolutly hate each other simply because of their country. We don't need that here.

I agree but a lot of countries have it worse than us. We have freedom but... I don't know trust me a lot of people think this country needs to get better

Well, Dingo is right. We are in the trillions in debt. Probably even the quadrillions. We have a corrupted government. The government is closed. So he is right.

Our government being corrupt is our own fault. We vote these people into office, and just voted them back into the Senate and House.

 

Also, the majority of United States debt is owed to ourselves in our Social Security Trust Fund. China is our largest foreign debt holder but the majority of the 17 trillion is owed to the American people, not China. We owe less than $4 trillion to foreign nations; This including China, and several other nations.

The greatest country is the entire planet. It's the most diverse, has the biggest economy, the biggest population, the most hospitals ect. The only problem with it is that it doesn't stand united.

We are all entitled to our opinions. I am happy with America and I do think it is a great country. Sure, maybe the government is not in it's best condition, but I still enjoy the people and the life I have. And lets be honest, to say that every country is equal is a lie. Compare the US to North Korea.
