  2. Oh, well i don't really know any good ENBs out there that are for low PCs.
  3. You should be fine, thats why i suggest you check them out, also on Cry ENB V3 it has setting like ''Low End PC'' ''Mid End PC'' and so on.

  5. Vision V3 is a pretty good ENB, i get 60-120 FPS, i get and when i record 30-50 FPS, with Eclispe ENB, and nice knock off from Cry ENB or Vision v3, i get a 70-130 FPS, and when recording i get 40-50 FPS. i suggest you try them both out.

  17. Almost every car on LCPD:FR is Pre-Designed, its just people make designs for there/or other people's cars (Like if i wanted to make my Own Police Department), like what TaylorSwift said up there, search around LCPD:FR.
