I've been using >this pack ever since it came out, I just love the skins.

I have been using LSPD pack ELS v8  too since its release!

My Jupiter skins :)

My cars change a lot, but I love Reibu's skin pack (it's not for download anymore). I always come back to that. If not those, I go for a version of the "Code Zero" skin pack that is very similar to the one Bay Area Bugs uses in his videos.

 

If I'm not digging a texture, I'll try and make my own.

I mainly use my own skins or skins people have made for me. They are usually a mixture of police, sheriff, and state patrol skins. As for my vehicles those are all ones that I've made. 2 2013 Taurus's, Caprice, CVPI, and a Explorer
