NYPD '87 Chevy Caprice

 

Given that incredible foundation, I'm sure that the crafting of an ELS version would be much easier than starting from scratch. If anything, I'd raise the lightbar just a little bit off of the roof to mirror the photos on the previous page, and that would be perfect [with the addition of ELSV8 of course].

Ceril did a 1989 LTD Crown Victoria already, and it has an LAPD texture. Use Sgt. Kanyo's handling with it [in the spoiler tag].

Yeah, the LAPD pack will the the LCPD skins, and the CHP pack will be the State Police. I've been really busy, but tomorrow or so you should see some pictures of them.

All blue lights will be included with the pack.

It got taken down atm. I have to do some editing due to the logo on the rear pillar of the LCPD texture.

I know this is abit off topic of this thread, But it does kind of come into each other, But does anyone know any old school type peds that will work with this pack? :)
