For me it is definitely Simple Trainer for GTA V (named trainerV.asi/.ini in the game directory). I installed version 17.9 and the issue appeared. Going back to version 17.7 or 17.8 fixed the bug.

As for spawning as Micheal - make sure to load LSPDFR.dll at startup via RPH;

As for inconsistent spawning locations - you have likely replaced your previous lspdfr.ini while updating. Press M to open the in-game LSPDFR interaction menu, and change your character spawn location from there.

As for outfit - use a trainer to select the desired outfit, then open the RPH console and type: save current outfit as off duty outfit (without spaces, it should automatically pop up). If it didn't save upon restarting the game, repeat the same process until it saves.

Aber es bringt doch dann auch nichts, wenn nur der Funk auf deutsch ist. Man müsste dann wirklich alles auf deutsch haben. Jedes Ped, jeder Schriftzug, einfach alles müsste auf deutsch sein und Deutsch reden und das würde sehr viel Arbeit in Anspruch nehmen, wenn es machbar ist.

You can use the trainer. When you select time, one of the last options is "Sync time to system time".

I am searching for some good Sheriff or State Trooper peds with condition. The peds shouldn't be black, grey or brown because I already installed black, grey and brown peds.
I hope someone has the fitting peds.
