Hot Fuzz. A really good and funny Simon Pegg and Nick Frost film. Any of their stuff is really good. Nick Frost just made a movie called Cuban Fury, he is a Salsa dancer and whatnot. That is really funny as well.

Try the movie Flight with Denzel Washington, or any Dezel film in that case.

The French Connection, Bullitt, The Seven-Ups, The Taking of Pelham 123

 

+1, but the 1974 version of The Taking of Pelham One Two Three kicks the remake's ass.

 

I'd also like to throw in Die Hard, Police Academy, The Warriors, Beverly Hills Cop, and The Blues Brothers.

Couldn't find some of them/didn't remember the titles and i took The Frozen Ground starring Nicolas Cage, and it was a quite good movie.
