When you create the file in Photoshop, or whatever you create it in, you save it as a .png file, then import it into the actual .wtd file itself using either OpenIV or SparkIV.

I read on another ELS thread that ELS 1.05 doesn't support the newest GTA version which is 1103 I think. If that's the case, that might be what my issue is since I am having the same problem. I've got all the *****.xml files in the pack default folder but still no dice. I will look further.

So I was looking through a couple of spindles of old DVD-Rs that I have on my desk and lo and behold I found SWAT 4 Gold hiding on one of them. I remember playing this game like crazy when it worked! I loved it! But alas, as time went on I lost the original disks and only have the copy on the DVD. :/ Through countless websites I have not found any fixes. I did find the game on Amazon, BUT FOR LIKE A HUNDRED US FUCKING DOLLARS!! heh. 
So, have you guys every played this game? If so, did you like it? Did you hate it? What did you like/hate about it? Tell me! Allow me to remember the good 'ol days of gaming!! 
Also, has anyone ever heard of www.games2download.com? They have SWAT 4 Gold listed for $20 USD. If the site is legit, I may purchase. If not, looks like I'm going to be spending $58 on SWAT 4 Gold on Amazon after Christmas!!! I need a life...

Don't delete lcpdfr.loader. I would get that error when I would install LCPDFR and then mods that used an older versions of the ScriptHook. Reinstall and mods you have, then install LCPDFR after. That should fix your issue.

My bank account took a hit from buying GTA V, but I'm installing it as we speak! Only 4 more hours to go!!

Oh, look, the guy who is an ex-felon and calls U.S cops "cry babies" and wants a CS gun is at it again. Try to wave it in public and see what happens.

If the government were to do this, then every American that owned a gun would cry out the 2nd Amendment and most likely take up arms against the government. People would claim that the government is infringing upon their Constitutional right to own weapons, form militias (which is allowed via the 2nd Amend.), and try to fight the government. 
 
Gun Control is a touchy subject with me, as I feel there should be some restrictions, but not too many. Taking them, IMO, will not work for the reasons I mentioned above.
 
 
On Topic: As others have said before, if a civvie buys this, the chances of them being shot by someone will skyrocket. People already cry out about the number of shootings that already occur. All this is going to do is add to that number. Also like the guy said in the video, he has to make sure the wind doesn't blow the gas back onto him or his family. That's good that you're firing forwards to deter the or whoever, but if there is a blowing wind, you will be affected too, which puts you down and out as well. Just not a good idea IMO.

Cops aren't shooting people for no reason, People are doing dumb shit to get shot, There have been some unjustified shoots, But the majority is because someone felt like doing some really stupid stuff.

Back to the topic, i've already stated my opinion on this pepper gun thing, it's not a good idea.

Look up Oscar Grant. This is the very last thing cops need. It's just asking for negligent shootings. I seriously can't think of a single reason this would be a good idea to issue to someone who also carries a firearm.

The issue with this is that you'll get shot as soon as a cop sees you aiming it at someone. 

Why would I carry something that looks like a gun when I can carry an actual gun? I'll pass on this.

Yeah, this seems like a really stupid idea to be perfectly honest. Something that looks like a real gun, will get treated and warrant the same response as a real gun.

I mean, I suppose if you'd *like* to get shot, this might work. I just think there are easier ways to get someone to kill you.

i will also agree that this was a case of extreme use of force. keep in mind we do not know the whole story..so like others i am going on what has been presented so far..on a side note, this has nothing to do with the President. bottom line.

I just want to know why the guy took off in the first place. I in no way condone this shooting, nor do I support the officer at this point. But I want to know what happened that caused the man to start running in the first place. If I am right in thinking, his taking flight is committing a felony at that point, but I am not sure, so correct me if I am wrong.
