So i'v just come back to LSPDFR after 4 months of being on a break, and i saw in some LSPDFR video's on YT that there is now the possibility to hold the cuffs of an arrested person while walking them to your car for example. But i can't find anywhere which mod does it, or if it is a LSPDFR feature itself. Is it even out yet? Or has my perfect vision finally abandoned me? :( Any help would be appreciated.

No commandline will help you get better fps with your PC specs. Only thing that might help you a bit is turning down some settings in your settings.xml, but besides that, start saving up money for an upgrade.

Some show up more than others i noticed. I run nearly all callout plugins but some of them are far more frequent than others. You can change it in some .ini files though, the frequency of certain callouts.

In your GTAV folder is a folder named Plugins, or /Plugins/LSPDFR. These folders contain .ini files where all the keybinds are explained. And most of the time you can change them to your own liking. Btw, i wouldn't use external sources to download mods since most of them don't keep them up to date. If it's a language barrier issue, LSPDFR has German option if you scroll completely to the bottom there is a Language button there. Just download your police mods from here, much safer.

Download the SearchVehicles mod or something, it lets you take out better equipment from the boot of your police car. It adds the Carbine rifle to your inventory including a light attachement for your pistol, shotgun and carbine. Can't get it any easier than that at the moment, and i'm sure someone will come up with a mod that will let you choose a default loadout and keep it saved. By FtDLulz

Definitely related to your lighting enhancements mods. I only use Tir6 LED light by Kpdofficer i believe and i don't have that problem. Vanilla doesn't have that problem either. I think it would be helpful if you posted what mods you installed.

Same could be said for the offenders in this case.
