Finally, coffee. Now I can live easily.

  • Oooo. Love the idea of the checkpoints! I will be sure to download 1.0c! EDIT: I tried the checkpoints...Amazing! Wish it were a little bit easier to wave traffic through, but, still great none the

  • Then don't use it sir. I completely agree, likewise, people only have so much patience and time. As I've said before, the majority of the LCPDFR userbase is now using 1.0 and are not having issues.

Is there a certain way to do a checkpoint. not sure exactly how to set one up

I don't really know, that's for you to figure out!  Just try some different ideas and see which one works best for you.

Oh silly me did not know that thanks LMS and as for the coffee i can drink it but the slurping sound does not work.

It is fairly quiet so try it in a less noisy environment like an interior.

I suppose a little bit of a workaround is that you can stop them and then go to their car, aim at them and order them out, then check their ID through the system for frisking, etc.  Once you've done that, under the 'Issue Orders' menu, you can tell them to get back in the car.

Is the order step them out of vehicle fixed in this patch? i know some ppl (like me) had crashes whenever they tried to.

BTW awesome mod, wanted to thank you for your hard work. You guys are nº1

I tried everything I can and it now has more safety checks than a NASA rocket, but I can't promise anything. I was not able to reproduce the problem on my end.

Please do not PM me unless really necessary (knowing you helps). If you think you need my attention in a topic, tag me.

Yea thats what i do but i thought checking it from the driver window is more realistic... maybe just apply the same scrips of traffic stops at the time when you stop driver in a checkpoint, but hey im no scripter.

You can now use your radio to check a suspect's ID.

Wasnt this added in lcpdfr 1.0 b

Yes ... to check a pedestrian via radio was in 1.0b

If your referring to checking the Driver's ID via radio , then No .   This feature is NEW to 1.0c

Love the new update, a ton more stable than the last one (for me, at least.)

as for the checkpoint system, very good idea and I enjoy it when its not acting up and crashing me (But thats on my end with my modded cars.)  Stability is nice, I hated crashing every 10 minutes, looking forward to every update/fix :).

Sounds great. I hope I can have better luck with the new version and my new system.

Other than disabling the foot chase events, are there any other mod or control settings that are still missing from the 1.0c INI file?

I missed the coffee!

Are you seriously in the LMA area? Me too!

Anywho; thanks for the update. Checkpoint system sounds cool, I'll have to check it out.

I thank you guys for the hotfix. I love the call in id check feature. I haven't tried out the checkpoints yet.

You go to the link provided and press 'Download'. Further, this is not a support thread and Support Requests goes into the LCPDFR Support Requests Section. Thank you.

Just a quick question... can I use the config file (LCPDFR.ini) from 1.0b in 1.0c?  As in, can I not overwrite the config file?  Or is there a bunch of new settings in the 1.0c .ini?
