There's also Yard1's pack for ELS8 that's default GTAV vehicles. Lt. Caine and Bugs123 have cars too that are out and about.

<3. I couldn't really answer the question since not that many people made ELS v8 cars yet. Not to be conceded but I think my car came out pretty nice and it has that trunk equipment which makes it very realistic for pictures.   

Well some models work fine with the ELS8 (like VW Passat, NL, unmarked) and it's really nice. Also Crown Victoria and ELS8 car pack from the GTA V. These are all nice and fully funtcional as far as I can tell. 

I like BxBugs123's cars :)

As from now, the best for me is Yard1's LSPD Pack ELS V8

I'm just using BXBBugz' Crown Vic. The one with the FS Vision SLR.

That car crashes my game when i use it i like it but it crashes the game about 5 -10 min after starting
